  Before you hit me with your generic “Dear non-customer…” response, this has very much to do with your services. The actions of your employees driving a company truck with your company logo is a direct reflection of your business. And according to the previous reviews, this is a common occurrence for this driver. He should not be allowed to drive a company truck. He was upset because he got stuck in a parking spot at Starbucks and was unable to get out until the drive through line started moving. This man was wailing his hands and cussing me out and almost rammed my vehicle. If you don’t see a problem with his behavior after multiple complaints, then you should be ashamed of yourself to continue to allow this and again, a direct reflection on your business.   Hello Shyann. I am wondering who you confused Hot Springs Roofing for, since my father passed away in June of 2022 and the only person that has access to Hot Springs Roofing trucks is myself. I have not been driving any of the marked trucks, so it seems as though you may have confused another business with our business.

  I don't know what kind roofers they are but I do know that they are horrible drivers with bad attitudes, they'll run you off the road and cuss you for complaining about it! Just saw your response, the way you and your employees act in a company truck does matter, thank you kindly!

  Any business that allows their employees to act like this and to drive wrecklessly should be avoided at all costs. I would not be surprised if his general liability premium is outrageous. There are many more roofing companies that will treat you with respect and they won't try to run you over!

  This guy perry is absolutely physcotic don't ask him any questions about what your wanting to buy or he will loose his mind and start cussing at you . Horrible guy to do business with for certain.

  These people are horrible. I would not hire them to roof my dog's house. They are rude and unprofessional. If you hire them you will be making a big mistake in my opinion. Don't say I didn't tell you. The worst people I have been around...rude, impossible to reason with and just uncaring from my view. I wish I could rate them ZERO stars. Spend your money somewhere else is my opinion.

  My family used them on our roofing project and they did wonderful work. The crew was great and cleaned up very well after. The roof looks great!

  Not sure why all the bad reviews - Perry has done a total of 4 roofs for me over the last 5 - 8 years, never an issue. His son is there within 24hrs of calling and usually is done with the entire home in two days or less! I competitively quote every job - and to be 100% honest - they are not usually the cheapest quote, however - they do perform the best job for the price. There is a reason I spend the $ to have them drive 45 minutes - because of the quality and service. I will continue to do business with Perry and his team - and as his first job is now close to 8 years old without any issues - I think their work speaks for itself. 5 STARS!!

  Only gave this company a star in order to tell my experience that I have had with them. The owner himself came out and told me I had severe roof damage YET when him and my insurance agent showed up here at the same time as soon as the agent asked to borrow a ladder PERRY HAULED ASS! My agent in close detail checked my roof and had been doing this for 28 yrs and said MY ROOF HAD NO DAMAGE WHAT SO EVER. I had time invested dealing with getting a claim going and was left looking like an idiot. After reading other people's reviews on this company they shouldn't even be able to run this business!!!!!!! A FEW HOURS After posting MY REVIEW the secretary CALLS ME AND WANTS TO KNOW WHY I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW ,, I thought I typed the situation out VERY SIMPLE ... so unprofessional of her and RUDE to call because MY bad review, I TOLD HER SHE best loose my number and she hung up🤣

  The individual asked our company to see if there was damage and Perry came out( free of charge) to inspect the home. Perry found that there was damage in the form of lifting in which shingles are not blown off of the roof but lifted enough to pull them free of the fasteners (nails) and so compromising the integrity of the product and the roof. Some Insurance adjusters often neglect to thoroughly inspect a roof and easily miss damage, as well as measure incorrectly among other factors. It has happened before that an adjuster will attempt to deny a homeowner's legitimate claim (as in this case) and as such the homeowner has the right to contact the Insurance Commission in Little Rock to which an independent adjuster will be sent to assess damage and if found, will decree that the insurance company pay the claim. The house in question was in an area that was damaged by a storm that produced a tornado which tore up many trees, homes, and all manner of property in its path. An insurance claim can be a troublesome endeavor to which we try to help and guide homeowners through despite not receiving payment for this time and effort and at times not even the chance to resolve the damage for the homeowner. Perry actually had other appointments to which he had to shuffle as this adjuster , after setting an appointment time, changed that time and though Perry accommodated, did not have time to linger after making yet another trip outside of Hot Springs at ZERO charge to this individual. We contacted you in regard to the issue and rather than try to resolve the issue, you rudely hung up on the young lady that had contacted you. I would say it is fortunate for this individual that she isn't subjected to such reviews or she would receive a negative marks herself. We do not wish to do business with you, but if you wish to get an impartial opinion as to whether you truly have damage, then the responsible course of action would be to contact the Arkansas Insurance Commission to get an

  Horrible customer service guy screaming on the phone...my money for my new roof is going somewhere but not to this place. Your customers pay it bills..you treat them with respect...worst experience ever....do not recommend

  I'm assuming you're the male caller who called fishing for prices and wasn't satisfied with us telling you that we don't give general prices over the phone because the conditions such as pitch, materials, and other variables determine the pricing. We informed you that we give free estimates and you hung up. You called back again attempting to get a price being disrespectful. Our customers are how we pay our bills and we respect our customers but we do not tolerate people who disrespect our policies or shade tree handyman trying to fish out our prices to charge an unsuspecting homeowner. Please refrain from tying up our phone lines so that customers who are legitimate and need help with their roof can contact us. God bless you and good day.

  It is beyond me that people have no problem going on social media to attack someone's character they do not know because they did not get what they wanted. I have known the owner of this company going on 7 years now and I can tell you he is not a drunk nor have I ever seen him drink. I work for him! When a customer gets a roof put on in 2009 and then comes to us in 2016 stating he has a leak NOW and wants us to fix it at no charge 7 years later when there have been numerous hail storms and other mother nature related issues like squirrels eating into their fascia, it is not the roofers responsibility to fix it at no charge. Hot Springs Roofing, Inc would never tell a customer to just go away and not come out to fix it unless the customer refuses to pay for the work needed to fix the issue. Seems like you can not make everyone happy and there will always be people that just love to be unhappy.
