I had set a time to meet with Randy TWICE to get a quote on my roof and TWICE he failed to show or contact me that he wasn't coming. Clearly not a company you want to work with.

This is my first ever review for a company but I feel my very bad experience with them warranted a review as it may save others some headache from having to deal with this company. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! Save your time, money and frustration and do not work with these guys. I have a leak on my roof and was in the market for a roofer. Randy was the roofer who came and did my roof. He came quickly when called, and provided a quote of $1,300.00 for some patch work that will stop the leak, so I was told. As an added bonus, he told me he also works as a contractor and does roof jobs for Home Depot. Since his pricing was competitive I told him to go ahead and do the work. He got the job done on the same day and I paid him on the spot. A few days later, after a rainfall my roof leaks. Naturally, I placed a call to them. Each and every single time I spoke to Randy, he would say he will come and fix the problem. After almost 2 weeks of daily contact due to rain and floodings; Randy is still a no show. In summary, I am still with a leaky roof and currently searching for a reputable roofing company. Honest Roofing clearly does not know anything about roof. Avoid at all cost!!!

Honest roofing doesn't just do roofing, they are amazing deck re-ferbishers and re-boarders. We had Alex and team replace two decks for us, and they did an outstanding job! The "Honest" exemplifies exactly who they are. I highly recommend this fine team led by Alex.

Alex gave me a detailed quote to replace the shingles on part of my house. Despite several unexpected setbacks, he honoured the price and did an excellent job. He and his crew were profesional, punctual and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Alex again and highly recommend his services for any roof work.

Thank you Alex! Alex stopped his car to tell me some of my shingles on my roof came off in the wind storm. Sure enough I could see a shingle lying in the roof. Alex fixed my shingles, installed the roof part of my new bathroom fan and painted a high-up decorative feature on my house— And all for a reasonable price and friendly service. Much appreciated!

Alex is by far the best roofer after getting so many quotes from other people, he stands by his name and delivers the best work possible. I highly recommend him I wouldn't go with anyone else and when my neighbor's look for a roofer I will suggest him for sure. Also his warranty is incredible and he'll be there to help you anytime 👍😀🍻

I've used honest roofing roofing on several projects. They're prompt and specific with bidding, courteous and communicative with their customer service, and the end product is always top quality

Roof was a mess. Left it too long. Alex and his crew showed up and got to work early and came back the next day and finished the work. Obviously a bit different getting work done during Covid. Didn't get facetime or shake hands - we mainly communicated via text and email and phone but they made the process stress free. He was cost efficient - he came and climbed up and looked at the roof and gave a fair quote. Contractors like Alex are why I like Google Reviews because we can share info and find the best folks out there and HONEST ROOFING INC. is one of the good ones. I got my roof done in Nov of 2020 btw so I can also say the work has held up.

Alex was friendly, professional, prices were reasonable for the quality of workmanship which has been excellent so far. He installed a new roof September 2020 and we had an issue with something in July 2021 that we thought might be related to the roof, but wasn't and he came the same morning to check our roof and help out. He has a warranty policy and I was extremely satisfied with the overall work.

I was very impressed with Alex and his crew. He came hours after calling him to provide a prompt quote and we scheduled a day to replace my roof with new shingles. We had to reschedule the original date due to inclement weather, but I was …

Excellent service, good quality work, on time and as promised. They said they would come back to fix something and they showed up exactly when they said they would. It's hard to find people who do exactly what they say they will do, I would highly recommend this company.
