I have tried to get ahold of them as the shingles they installed are severely faulty. They claimed they were coming out and never showed up. Now I can’t get a live person on the phone to assist you.

Super negative attitude, DID NOT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS. Over charged and I wish I went with another company. Learn from my mistake

Good afternoon Vanessa, I believe you have the wrong company. We do not have you as a client. We are out of Richardson and again, we have never completed a job for your. I have no idea what your address is or who you are. I am sorry that you had a bad experience with your previous company. We are always here to help. Best of luck! Sincerely, Hometown Roofing of Texas, LLC.

After a bad experience with a previous contractor, Jim and his team swooped in and repaired not only my roofing issues, but damages from the last contractor. They were quick, friendly, and incredibly professional. Highly recommend for roofing or remodeling work.

We contracted with Hometown Roofing Inc several months ago , to repair/replace our flat roof on a carwash in the North Dallas area. We were amazed at what the owner, Jim,did for us, as he was on the job site every day to check the work of his crew. We were so impressed with the company's quality work of work that we will be working with Hometown Roofing in the near future. They have been in business for 41 years.. Would give a 10 star review if we could !

We had a great experience working with Kwaku! We had kitchen remodel, flooring and some paint work, everything was done on time as promised. Kwaku and Amando are very professional and we are really happy with the work.

I had an amazing experience with Hometown Roofing. They were prompt, professional, excellent communication, responded to questions almost immediately, and did an excellent job on my roof (standing seam and shingles). I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

For the past several years I have had to call a plumber in a couple times a year to clean out the sewer line due to roots growing in same. Contracted with Hometown Roofing in December of 2019 to remove and dispose of all of the old antiquated underground cast iron sewer line piping. A couple of months ago the sewer line started backing up again and I thought the worst . Reported it to Hometown Roofing who immediately dispatched the sub-contractors that were involved in the original job who took the time to come on site to investigate which just ended up being an education on my part (they did what they were supposed to do/the issue was with the remaining clay piping that started where the new line ended in the back yard for about 15 feet to the city sewer connection in the alley which is a totally separate smaller job). Thanks guys for being honest and on the ball!!
