  I called HomeTown because I had some emergency maintenance to be done on my roof. I was told that someone would be out the next day. The next day came, and no one showed up, no one called, and no one will return my calls or texts.

  Who did you sue? They took $12,920.00 from our insurance claim. Back last October.. Kept saying we were the next ones. Said they ?had all the materials etc. Then the contract said that the owner.... Joe? maybe took all our money and that we weren't getting our house done. I have cancer , a heart condition, now because they took so long I'm infected with biotoxins on top of it all. My treatment for this now is thousands upon thousands of doctors. Not to mention the surgeries and so many hospital visits. i'm now very sick. My blood show a very bad infection due to the mold. I'm not supposed to even be in the house it is so bad. We have spent all our money on my treatment for the mold. It isn't covered by insurance. We have no money left. I really don't know what to do. Advise? I trusted them. And I am actually physically suffering. I have no where else to go. I can't afford a lawyer anymore. It all went to keeping me alive. So what can I do? Any suggestions? All I want and need is for the roof and home to be fixed and safe to live in. I don't have Joes number. I can't get a hold of him. I wanted to work something out. Now... no answer..... he is gone ... all my money is gone .....and I was told that he won't be doing my roof. I can even walk by myself I'm so sick. I'm only 32 years old. This could actually kill me, given the cancer and other health problems I have. Any advise? Can anyone help? Or does anyone have a way to get a hold of Joe. I don't want to go to court. I'm too sick. Anyone? help?

  DO NOT HIRE THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! He took our deposit and never did the work. HE WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Had to sue him and it took over a year to get our money back. We had to have the sherriff work on collecting the money from this deadbeat. THEY NEED TO THROW HIM IN JAIL.

  I paid cash for the roofing to try to help the contractor out in South Lyon . I have 2 leaks and the roof is under his warranty and Hometown roofing will not return 4 calls over a 3 week period after the first initial contact weeks ago . It is truly unbelievable - especially the amount of money they made on a very large home . I would not recommend as I am pursuing accountability for the company - a companies word is a companies word with a warranty- see you soon Hometown and we will Lletbotger determine,

  HOMETOWN DID MY ROOF - I always felt a little strange having a review of my own house in this site. So, I wanted to edit this, as to be more transparent! I ran the install of my roof just as I would any another house. I even went to great lengths to make sure the crew wasn’t told I lived there until they figured it out at the end of the day ..... In short , I would pull into this site as I did the other 3 sites we had gkingbthat day and was working - My children were at school - wife gone entire day. They get 5 stars from me because they are still my lead crew & they we’re using headlamps to pick up tarsh at 9:00 pm when my wife arrived home with kids and I pulled in and they didn’t get mad at me for not telling them it was my home . Their faces were worth 5 stars alone ! THE POINT BEING HERE IS ROOFING COMPANIES ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THIER LAST HOUSE !!!!! This house , my house , went off perfectly. SHINGLES AREIVES WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE THE GROUNDS WERE CLEANED NIGHTLT (2 nights ,) TJE INSTALL WAS WITHOUT ANY ISSUES & GUYS EVEN REPLACED THE 2 BOARDS WITHOUT ME HAVING TO TELL THEM - That was a huge test!!! TVEY DID EVERYTHING AS CLOSE TO OERFECT AS YOU CAN EXIECT ! 3 years later , it still to this day looks EXACTLY like the day it went on ! & YEA, I am still the Operations Manager, amd our last house finished two days ago was as hassle free as this house was . Asked wife if she heard or saw anything while she was home with kids after school for a couple hours , she said , “ WE COULD BARELY TELL THWY WERE HERE.” To me personally- YES I would use Hometown, because WE ALWAYS AIM FOR PERFECTION, from START to FINISH !!

  Hometown Roofing is a diamond in the rough. They are honest, hard working, conscientious and they are affordable. I can’t say enough positive things about Hometown Roofing. They truly deliver stellar workmanship! If I could rate them ten stars, I would because they deserve it. When it comes to your home, they are the only one to call in my book.

  Very professional company, that gets the job done fast and efficient! Jeff called us back the same day and got the repairs done fast. Would recommend.
