  I called a guy named Ricky to come out and inspect my home for roof damage. He came out, told me what the problem was with my roof. Before leaving, he told me that he would be sending me the estimate, so I can submit it to the insurance company. Well here it is 3 weeks later and several phone calls later and nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!!

  Staff was very friendly but had so many issues when it came to them being able to work with my insurance. After 2 months they were unable to get an accurate estimate or them pictures sent in! Maybe if you are paying out of pocket this company is great. But they are not good at dealing with insurance companies at all!!

  We truly care about our customers and our reputation, which is why we want to add some clarity here. From the beginning, we offered to replace the extension cords, re-seed the affected areas of the yard, and provided a $500 discount in good faith to help address the damages.   Ricky and his team made my experience effortless. They did all the work for me, setting up my claim, dealing with my insurance, getting supplements for things the insurance left off and the crew was fast and thorough. Got my yard cleaned up afterwards like they had never been there. I have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood.
