  So sorry to hear this Amy. I’m just seeing your review and this is the first I have heard of your service call. Please be sure to contact our main office for any future needs as our sales department does not regularly handle warranty. I will personally reach out and ensure that your service is handled. There has been an unusual amount of storms lately that have caused leaks in every area of homes in the area, including complete flooding and we are scheduling service accordingly. Please contact our service department in the future through our website or the toll free number.

  I called and scheduled an inspection after the hail storm with Brian. He never showed up. I called again two weeks later and was told they had a guy in Lafayette would give me a call. Surprise... he never called. Wouldn't do business with these guys.

  Great communication. Excellent Work. Mark was very clear as to our options following an inspection. His team was available quickly, cleaned up the job site each day, and did an exceptional job working around the weather. I hope we don't need another roof for 40+ years, but will definitely be back when it happens.

This year we have been a bit overwhelmed by the unusual amount of storms and damage and it has been a bit of a challenge to keep up on our scheduling as so many roof replacements have needed to be rescheduled multiple times with ever changing forecasts and the pop up showers.   Brian and Reno explained the process/choices of replacing our roof and gutters in great detail. They were in communication with us from construction start to finish and made sure the work/cleanup had met our expectations.

  Reno and the HVR team are awesome! His communication through the process made things very easy. Cleanup was great and Reno even came the next day to do one final thorough cleanup. Fantastic job, highly recommend Reno and this company.

  Home Value Removation, along with Chris K. Chris K. and associate, Brad N. are the “REAL DEAL”. Chris went above and beyond to make our house look like a new.   We had a very smooth experience working with Reno. He was very responsive, presented a no pressure estimate (within minutes, rather than days), the work was completed when he said it would be, and he made sure it was done right. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters!
