  VERY EXPENSIVE! $53,000 for my 972sf ranch house. After I wasted 4 hours of my time 10am-2pm. But if I signed that day it would be 'only' $44,000. Unreal.

  They were not just good.. they were great! My home built in 1926 waa outdated and in need of an immediate upgrade. Sean was knowledgable and made ua feel comfortable proceeding with our siding project. The crew was on time every day and made sure to clean up after every day they worked. Despite it raining a couple of days during the project, the crew was able to adapt and finish the project in a timely fashion. Taylor our project manager stayed in touch with me throughout the project. The peace of mind that we had during our siding installation was priceless.

  Everything was fine. The crew that installed my siding was great. Difficult with communication on site from time to time but overall I believe I made the right choice with Home Genius.

  At first there was confusion on whether i needed insulation which was not included.in price qoute, then it turns out insulation was needed which ofcourse increase the price, I suggested give pricing with or without insulation which then you can decide. I feel the company can improve on price qoute, so theres no surprises, other than that the job itself im happy with final results.

  Excellent job all around. Pedro and crew were amazing. Total professionals. Very nice people to deal with, clean up was a breeze for them. With the amount if debris that was lying around, we were shocked to not find ANYTHING at the end. Our 38sq roof was replaced. We are lucky to have chosen such an organized company. A+
