Met josh after calling and setting up a new roof install and he was very professional and had the crew in and out. Will be using them for future siding work!

  Reply from the business

Pranav, having a crew that's efficient enough to be in and out without cutting corners is rarer than it should be, and it's great that Josh set that tone from the very first call. Looking forward to bringing that same professionalism to your siding project. Thank you for planning your next job with Home Genius Exteriors.

Home Genius did my windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Josh and his crew were incredible from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and my windows look amazing. If you’re looking for a company that truly takes pride in what they do, I highly recommend Home Genius. Thank you, Josh and your crew, for such an awesome experience!

Nick, when a crew pays attention to every detail without losing the friendly, efficient pace, that's when results exceed expectations rather than just meet them. Josh and his team clearly took real pride in your windows, and that pride is exactly what Home Genius Exteriors builds every project around. Thank you for such a heartfelt recommendation.

If you’re looking for a company that communicates well and genuinely cares about the customer, our family has had a great experience with Home Genius. This is actually the second time we’ve hired them. They previously replaced the roof on our garage and installed new gutters, and we were happy enough with that experience to call them back for our home’s siding, which is the first time we’ve ever had the siding replaced. From the beginning, Mike made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel manageable. This was a major investment for my mom, and he took the time to answer every question, explain all of our options, and make sure we understood everything before moving forward. We never felt pressured, only informed. Sarah was wonderful to work with as well. My mom is older, so scheduling and phone calls sometimes took a little extra patience. Sarah was always kind, accommodating, and never made us feel rushed. She made the coordination process much easier. Before the project even began, Josh and Chris stayed in close contact with me by text because we were trying to work around Delaware’s hurricane season and unpredictable weather. I was sometimes messaging them at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning, trying to stay ahead of incoming storms, and they were consistently responsive, reassuring, and professional. At no point did they make me feel like I was bothering them. Once the project started, Josh has been exceptional. He has been on site every day, has communicated with me every day, and has always taken the time to answer questions and explain what was happening. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely easy to talk to. You never feel like you can’t ask a question or raise a concern. Having that level of communication throughout a project this size makes a huge difference. The new siding looks fantastic. It has completely updated the appearance of our home, and the installation has been done with care and attention to detail. There are

Julia, coming back to a company for a second project says everything, and choosing Home Genius Exteriors again for something as personal as your mom's siding tells us you trust this team completely. Mike, Sarah, Josh, and Chris showing up for you at 3am during hurricane season is exactly the standard we hold ourselves to, and hearing your home looks fantastic makes the whole team's week.

Home genius did my siding project last month. While there were a couple bumps in the road, my project manager Josh made sure everything was addressed promptly and the property looked better than before they came. He even came back after the job was completed to fix minor touchups himself.

  Reply from the business

Joanne, a project manager who comes back after the job is done to handle touchups himself that is someone who genuinely takes pride in the work! Home Genius Exteriors believes every bump in the road is an opportunity to show you exactly who we are and Josh delivered on that.
