Santiago and his crew came out fast when a sudden impact damaged our roof and left a hole that needed immediate attention. The owner from Hold Roofing Parkway arrived quickly to inspect the problem, explained the roofing damage in simple terms, and organized the team to install a same-day temporary repair to stop further leaks. They also gave us strong support while we worked through the insurance process, stayed professional the whole time, and sent detailed written roofing estimates without delay. I was really impressed by their quick response, clear communication, and the quality of their emergency roof repair service.

Two thumbs up for their fast response after storm damage. They helped start my insurance claim right away, and my new roof was one of the first installed in the Mission Viejo neighborhood. The gutter replacement was finished while many nearby homes were still waiting to begin. The roofing work looks excellent, and the crew paid close attention to quality from tear-off to final cleanup. They also stand behind their 5-nail promise. I only found one nail, and they made it clear they would gladly come back and sweep the yard again if needed. The office staff were easy to reach every time I called, and I never got sent to voicemail, which really stood out. Overall, the whole roofing process felt smooth, organized, and professional.

I highly recommend this roofing company for any roof and gutter work. I was getting my home ready to sell and needed a new roof and downspouts installed fast. Walter and the crew started right away, and the new roofing system and downspouts were completed the following week. The shingles look great, the workmanship is solid, and the whole roof has a clean finished look that really improved the home’s curb appeal. They explained the materials clearly, kept the job moving, and made the process simple from start to finish. The new roof and downspouts should provide strong long-term protection in Mission Viejo, especially with the hot sun and seasonal weather. I would gladly call Walter again for any future roof repairs, gutter work, or general roofing needs. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and easy.

i had a roof, gutter, and garage trim installation done by hold roofing parkway. easton, the contact handling my project, was honest and upfront, and even shared that he was still learning, which i appreciated. the crew completed the roofing and trim work well overall, and when a cleanup issue came up in my yard after the job, they responded quickly and professionally. they also fixed the house numbers that were damaged during the garage trim work by sending someone back right away. what stood out most was how responsive and dependable they were with calls, voicemail, and email. they handled the follow-up the right way, stayed professional throughout, and made sure everything was taken care of. that level of customer service gives me confidence, and i would use them again for future roofing work.

The roofer did an excellent job replacing my roof in Mission Viejo, including synthetic roofing felt, a leak barrier, pipe jacks, architectural shingles, new ridge vents, and extra roof vents to help attic airflow during warm CA weather. They also installed matching metal drip edge flashing and painted the vents to blend with the shingle color. my wife and i are very pleased with the quality, clean finish, and color of our new roof. blake and jerome were very professional, easy to work with, and made customer service a top priority from start to finish. santiago and the crew handled the roof installation and debris cleanup very well, and they kept the property neat throughout the project. I was so happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall roofing service that I also hired them to put a new roof on my mother’s house. again, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a new roof, roof replacement, or ventilation upgrades.

My husband and I highly recommend Hold Roofing Parkway for roof replacement. The crew that took off our old worn-out roof and installed the new one was very polite, hardworking, and easy to work with. They did a thorough cleanup too, picking up nails, shingles, and debris from the driveway, flower beds, and the whole yard, which really showed care and professionalism. We love how the new roof looks and how much it improved the overall appearance of our home. The price was very fair and competitive, and the quality of the roofing work really stood out. The team was prompt, efficient, and clearly took pride in every part of the job, from tear-off to installation and final cleanup. In Mission Viejo, it is great to have a roofing crew that understands the local weather and installs a roof built to handle the sun and protect the home well. If you need a dependable roofing company, they are one of the best around.

i met santiago while he was in the Mission Viejo area doing roof inspections. after he came down from my roof, he showed me photos and pointed out shingle damage i had noticed during windy weather. santiago asked when i remembered the shingles coming loose, and we worked on the insurance claim together. the claim was denied at first, and i assumed the roofing project was over. however, santiago took time to meet with me and the insurance company and gave a very honest and clear assessment of the roof condition. because of his persistence and roofing knowledge, the decision was overturned and my full roof replacement was covered by insurance. we also chose lifetime roofing upgrades, and the new roof looks wonderful. the whole process felt professional, straightforward, and very helpful from start to finish.
