  Let me be up front, I personally did not use this company for any service. However a hotel I was staying in did use their services. I caught their employees leaning on and touching my vehicle in the parking lot. They should have more decency than to do this.

  They no-showed an appointment. After I called to reschedule, they promised to call me back multiple times without ever following through. When I finally got ahold of them again, they couldn't fit me in for another three weeks.

  Haven’t used this company but whoever their driver is almost caused a car wreck with us. Pay more attention while on busy highways, check your blind spots and please use your blinker next time.

  After the issues we had earlier on during the week, The Owner called to apologize and wanted to rectified the situation. He made me feel that I was a value customer. They came out to fix my flashing from getting a Tankless Hot Water heater put in. They showed up a little earlier and it took them about a hour to do the job. They took pictures of the before and after to show me. Not only am I very pleased and happy with the job done. Even the worker was very apologetic and made sure I was happy with the job. We plan on getting new gutters in the future and they will be the first ones to call to do the job. I do recommend them if you want a good job done. I want to say Thank You to the owner(for calling and texting) and the 2 workers who came out for making me feel as a valuable customers. You won't go wrong for using this company.

  Highline Roofing came out next day - on a weekend - to inspect some roofing that may have been damaged during a storm. They were kind, professional, and ensured our roof was safe for our family. Very impressed with their service and highly recommend.

  These guys really saved the day. Answered the phone when I called before 7 a.m., came out a couple hours later and fixed it in under 2 hours for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

  Highline was a wonderful company to work with. We had damage due to heavy rainfall. After submitting a claim to insurance Highline put us on their schedule for the next day. Roof was installed in one day. When problems arose they took care of it themselves submitting pictures directly to the insurance company and fixing it on the spot. I feel fully confident that we will have no issues going into the winter months. We also were able to get new gutters put on the house which look awesome. They also did a great job cleaning up. My husband and I walked around the house to pick up any nails that were missed or other debris and barely picked up anything. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

  Highline roofing and gutters was amazing at getting my roof done in a timely manner. The workers were always respectful and on time. As well as they had a great selection and walked me through all my options throughly.

  I replaced the gutters at my mothers house. Highline came gave me a great quote when compared to others I had received. I had some odd requests and questions, they were very accommodating. There was never any pressure to upgrade to something unreasonable for my needs. I wasn't available for the installation so I was nervous how my special requests and the overall installation was going to go, my Mom said everyone was extremely nice and when I went over a week later I was very pleased with how everything looked, it came out exactly as discussed. I will only use Highline for any gutter work.
