Nice enough guys, but honestly, High Def. did a brutal job on our strata. They covered existing vents with plywood - we only found out by accident when we hired another company to check on our insulation. They failed to re-attach ducts to vents in several units in our complex.

Hi Norm, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Unfortunately, this project was orchestrated by a General Contracting Company that is not associated with High Definition Roofing. When the details of this project were being discussed and pricing provided we did let the General Contractor know our price to connect the vents in the attic to ensure a secure connection, and they turned our offer down. This responsibility was left for the General Contractor to figure out. Typically we do our best to reach and connect the vents from the roof line, but it is not always possible or a secure connection. We did connect the ducts to the vents in each units from the roof line. However, during the renovation of each units kitchens the pipes were pulled down and we returned to connect them after the fact. If you would like us to forward you the email that we sent to the General Contractor that was denied, we are more then happy to do so. Please contact us to make this arrangement, and if you have any further concerns we are only a phone call away. You can reach our Victoria Office at 250-208-8866. All the best to you :)

Takes on too many jobs. Promises date that will be finished but does not deliver. Delays start. Then Start and leaves to go to another job. And In the end no matter what kind of job he does, I could not recommend him.

We had a leaky roof and no other roofing contractor would bother with such a tiny job. High Definition roofing was eager to help because they knew they'd then be my go-to for when the roof needed to be replaced. They successfully fixed the leak. And a year later they replaced the whole roof. They did it quicker and cheaper than they said they would. The communication from the office staff and the workers was fantastic. And of course the new roof looks great!

Harrison and his team saved our butt's when our shingles flew off our roof after a huge windstorm. They showed up with tarps right away as they couldn't start the job immediately but made it a priority to avoid any further water damage. Came back a week later and did a fantastic job! Thanks HDR!!
