I called them to fix leaks in roof which i got aware from the attic. the guy showed up, went to the roof to inspect, came back down gave me estimate to do the work. a full week later guys came to fix (in this time period it rained multiple times). They did the work and left, i went to attic and see sunlight coming from the roof area's they missed those areas, i asked to fix those leaks and i was told it was not in their estimate and they will send estimator again. Worst service i have ever gotten. they can keep the money but im never calling them again.

Initially responded quickly. Went on roof . Never supplied pictures of damage. Said he would send two men over. Take about two hour to repair damage. Though saw signs of squirell damage. Late sent young man over . . About 18 years old. …

Had them come out to check a leak in my screened porch today. Mr. Hernandez got up on the roof, inspected it, and found a slight slow leak where a rusty nail was exposed. He quickly sealed it, and refused to charge me anything since the job was so little. I will absolutely be reaching out when it’s time to replace the whole roof.

A section of siding blew off my house and they handled emergency repairs quickly, plus walked me through everything I needed to know. Fast, thorough, reasonably priced, and super easy to work with. I felt very taken care of. Would absolutely recommend this company.

My review is not based on their work. It is based on lack of communication and failing to respond. I had some siding work done on my home that I wasn’t satisfied with and Hernandez came out to inspect the work and made some suggestions on repair. However, a week later after I’ve made 2 phone calls requesting an estimate for the work, they haven’t responded. I can only assume they don’t want to take the job. If that’s the case, they could’ve let me know they’re not interested as I’ve wasted my time waiting to hear from them. I’ll now have to start over with another company. It’s frustrating because I told them that the prior work resulted in water getting inside and flooding one corner of my room. It’s rained twice since then so I’m very disappointed in the lack of response from the Hernandez team

Hernandez Roofing Pros were amazing for my roof replacement. They were timely, knowledgeable, affordable, and efficient. The crew showed up on time and completed the roof replacement quickly. They cleaned up after themselves ensuring I did not have to pick up excess material and debris. I would recommend them for all your roofing needs!
