The individual tasked with answering the phone was probably not equipped to adequately respond to the nature of your concern.   They did our roof 4 years ago. The sky lights began leaking. We had four different contractors look at the roof and the installation of the skylights. Seneca Creek’s crew did not install the flashing correctly. We called to follow up on the roof warranty, but the owner/team never called back. We just paid another company to fix his poor work.

  They knocked off a porch rail, and said it wasn’t their fault. So now I’m stuck and can’t get it fixed. I’m happy to include the photo of the damage.

  I called Seneca Creek after getting recommends from our Darnestown FB group. I want to add my 5-star recommend as well. From the front desk staff who were very accommodating to my schedule changes, to Timothy, the Project Manager who showed up promptly and provided me with great advice, I look forward to working with this company once we finalize our repair needs.   Had my siding and windows replaced by Seneca Creek. They did a terrific job. Everything done properly, no cut corners, no problems. Reasonable pricing and Tim was great to work with. This company is honest, straightforward, affordable and is not some large turn and burn operation.

  Tim was very professional, responsive and punctual. He helped me by directly speaking with my HOA representative to make sure we chose the correct product. The installation team was wonderful and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. While I am hoping to not need them in the future, should my roof need replacing again, I will 100% reach out to Seneca Creek Home Improvement! Very personalized care!

  Since I was very satisfied 12 years ago when they replaced my roof, it seemed natural to call them to replace my gutters and install a screen on all of them. They came on time and did a perfect job, even going the extra mile to correct a connection between the old rear gutter which did not need to be changed and the new deck one. Price was great and the contact with Jeff Leach was straightforward and overall excellent. I recommend this very professional team for a job well done.

  Seneca Creek replaced windows of our house in 2014. In 2021, one window had a part broken, I contacted Jeff and he sent a guy to come to have it replaced. Very quick response. They also replaced sidings and had some of our roof shingles replaced after a hail storm in 2016. Very happy with their work, trustworthy and professional !
