The crew did an excellent job on our home. Their roofing team was easy to work with, and they had plenty of samples to look through, including shingles, siding, windows, and roof vents, which made it easier to choose the right fit for our house. We were referred by a friend who was also very pleased with their roofing work, and we can see why. They did a great job on our roof, siding, and patio door, and everything turned out clean and professionally installed. Brayden and Tracy were both very helpful throughout the process. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to replace our windows. Awesome work and great service from start to finish.

They did an excellent job on our roof replacement and skylight installation. There were a couple of minor issues during the skylight part of the project, but everything was handled quickly and the final result looked great. We also had a small nail pop show up in the roofing shingles, and then another one later, which was unusual, but Tracy responded right away each time and had the roofing crew out first thing the next morning. The crew fixed the problem immediately and later came back at a scheduled time to repair the interior area affected by the leak. Brayden was also very helpful, easy to work with, and kept us informed throughout the process. Communication was strong from start to finish, and they stayed focused on making sure the roof system, flashing, and skylight work were done the right way. Even with a couple of small setbacks, their fast response, professionalism, and commitment to making things right earned our trust. In the Texas heat and storms, it is important to have a roofer who stands behind their work, and this team did exactly that. I would absolutely use them again for any future roofing needs.

i have used company: Henry Family Roofing Llc twice now for roofing and exterior work. The first visit included adding proper drainage around an upper roof deck area and improving ventilation with fans over the covered patio below. The second job involved finding wind and storm damage on my roof, then handling the tear off and new roof installation, including flashing work and replacing skylights. brayden from sales and tracy, who managed the crew on site, both understood what good customer service should look like and followed through with solid support from start to finish. They helped keep communication clear, answered questions, and made sure the roofing project stayed on track. What could have been a stressful process turned into a smooth experience because they stayed involved and focused on quality work. i really appreciated their help, and the finished roof and related repairs came out very well. i would gladly use them again for future roofing needs.

A little while ago, I had Tracy come out to look at a small roof repair at my home in Mesquite. Tracy arrived on time, explained the roofing work in simple terms, and gave me a fair quote for the repair. What really stood out was being able …

What a great roofing company! I hired them to replace my roof after a hail storm, and the whole job went smoothly from start to finish. Tracy and Brayden worked directly with my insurance adjuster, which made the claim process simple and stress-free. They answered my questions, explained the roofing steps clearly, and stayed attentive to every concern along the way. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew their trade. It was easy to see they had solid roofing experience as they removed the old shingles and installed the new roof system with care. They were respectful of the property, careful around the yard and driveway, and did a thorough cleanup when the work was finished. In a place like Mesquite, having a strong, dependable roof that can handle hail, heat, and storms really matters, and they delivered exactly that. What stood out even more was the follow-up after the project was completed. They checked in to make sure everything looked good and that I was fully satisfied with the new roof. If you need a roofer and want quality workmanship, good communication, and a crew that takes pride in the job, this is an easy choice.

i really appreciate the help, patience, and care i received with transferring the roof warranty from my name to the new homeowners after selling my house in Mesquite. brayden and tracy made the whole roofing process easy to understand and handled everything in a smooth, professional way. i also want to say again how much i loved the metal roof itself. every time i pulled into the driveway, i felt proud seeing it. it looked great, added strong curb appeal, and clearly improved the home. i expected some savings on energy costs during the hot Texas weather, but i did not realize how much of a difference a quality roofing system with solid installation and ventilation could make. the monthly utility bills were surprisingly low for a two-story home of that size. another thing that stood out was how well the roof performed during a major hail storm. the home was being inspected that same day, and the storm brought very large hail through the neighborhood. after everything passed, the roof was checked again, and it proved just how durable and well-built it was. that gave everyone confidence in the materials, workmanship, and overall condition of the roof. i also received many compliments from neighbors and visitors who asked about the roof and who installed it. anytime someone needed a roofer recommendation, i was happy to share it. from customer service to the finished roofing work, the whole experience was excellent. if i ever need roofing estimates or a new roof on another home in Mesquite, i would gladly call them again. it was a pleasure doing business with them, and i truly felt lucky to have chosen such a dependable roofing company.

I reached out to Henry Family Roofing LLC after moving into my new home because I needed a full roof replacement quote. The person who answered the phone was kind, helpful, and got my roof inspection scheduled quickly. I met with Tracy, and he was one of the most knowledgeable roofing specialists I had talked with. He took plenty of time to explain the roofing process, go over shingle and ventilation options, and answer all of my questions in simple terms. He also shared useful information about the gutter protection system already installed on the house and how it works with the roofing system. I appreciated how professional and responsive he was throughout everything. He made me feel like he truly cared about helping me protect my home from the Mesquite heat, sun, and storms instead of just trying to push extra products or upsell me. Even though I went a different direction for the roof replacement because of budget, I still had a very positive experience. Tracy gave me honest parting advice to help me make a good decision and make sure the roof work would be done right. That kind of customer care stood out to me. I would definitely keep them in mind for future roofing, gutter, or related exterior home service needs.

We signed with Henry Family Roofing LLC, and just a few days later a crew of 6 arrived in Mesquite to replace our roof. brayden was there early to meet the material delivery and keep the roofing project on track. After the tear off, the crew repaired some decking wood under the shingles and finished everything by late afternoon. The cleanup was excellent, and aside from the beautiful new roof, you could hardly tell they had been there. The whole process was smooth and easy, with strong follow-up and clear communication from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them to others and plan to use them again for future roofing needs. We were excited to move forward with our roof replacement after finding a local roofing contractor and speaking with their team right away. A representative contacted us quickly and set up a weekend call, which made the process very convenient. tracy and brayden explained the roofing company, inspected the condition of our roof, and helped us decide what made the most sense for our home and budget. We had major leaks around the dormers, and they gave us confidence that those problem areas would be properly repaired. They were flexible with changes to the scope of work, helped with financing options, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire estimate and scheduling process. We are very happy with our choice and feel we picked a dependable roofing team.

After a big hail storm damaged our roof, siding, gutters, and a window, we asked around and found this roofing company through neighbors. We reached out, and Brayden came by to inspect everything and walk us through the roofing and exterior repair process. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, and after that first meeting we felt confident moving forward. Brayden went above and beyond from start to finish. He helped seal damaged roof vents before more weather could cause problems, guided us through documenting the damage for the insurance claim, and stayed involved during the inspection with the insurance adjuster. He also helped us choose roofing materials, siding, gutter options, and colors that fit our home well. His support made the whole project much less stressful and helped us restore the exterior so it looks fresh and updated again. The roofing and repair crews were punctual, polite, and very hardworking. They stayed focused throughout the day, worked efficiently, and the finished work looks excellent. The new roof, siding, gutters, and window all came out great, and the cleanup was just as impressive. They made sure the property was left neat, with no debris left behind. We also had a few unexpected changes during the job, and the team handled them in a helpful and professional way. They reviewed each request, communicated clearly, and were happy to work with us to make sure everything turned out right. Overall, this was a smooth and positive experience. The team delivered quality roofing and exterior work, provided great customer service, and made our home look almost brand new. They will definitely be the first company we call if we ever need roofing or storm damage repairs again.

i contacted Henry Family Roofing LLC after a strong storm caused wind damage to our roof, and the whole experience turned out great from start to finish. a friend recommended them, and i am very glad we reached out. i worked with tracy through the entire process, and he was helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. he handled the insurance steps on our behalf and made sure everything was done the right way for coverage. we moved forward with a full new roof installation and also upgraded to 6 inch gutters, which was a smart improvement for our home in Mesquite. the crew explained the roofing materials, cleanup process, and timeline clearly, and the work was completed with good attention to detail. when a few small cosmetic items came up, they stayed on it, corrected everything quickly, and made sure we were fully satisfied before asking for the final payment. it is hard to find a roofing company that communicates well, stands behind its work, and follows through, but this team did exactly that. if we ever need help again with roofing, gutters, or siding, i would gladly use them again. highly recommended.

Believe it or not, finding a reliable and professional roofer can be really hard. brayden was exactly what i was looking for. He came out to check the leak around my skylight, listened carefully, and took the time to inspect the roof in person instead of guessing from the ground. Out of four roofing contractors i spoke with, he was the only one who actually got up on the roof to look closely at the problem. His crew replaced the skylight and did an excellent job. The new skylight looks great, the work area was kept clean, and everything feels solid and well finished. He was honest about the condition of the roofing system and explained that while a full roof replacement will be needed down the road, the skylight was the most urgent repair right now. i really appreciated that kind of honesty and practical advice. It is refreshing to work with a roofing contractor who takes time to inspect, explain, and recommend the right repair instead of pushing a bigger job first. With the Texas heat and sun, it helps to have a roofer who understands how important it is to keep the roof sealed and protected. i am very happy with the service and plan to have them return to replace the full roof later. great experience, fair guidance, and quality workmanship from start to finish.
