We had an urgent roofing problem on a fairly new roof when the vent pipe rubber boots wore out from a material defect and started letting water in. Once the rain came, we found several open gaps around the roof vents and had buckets inside catching the leaks. We were trying to find a roofer fast, and thankfully Elias was nearby and able to help. He inspected the roof right away, explained what needed repair, picked up the correct roofing materials, and fixed the vent pipe flashing and sealed the leak areas quickly. In a short time, the roof was watertight again and we avoided a lot more interior damage. As seniors, we were not able to get up on the roof ourselves, so his quick response meant a lot. The whole experience was a real blessing. The service was honest, caring, and dependable, and the repair work was handled with skill and urgency. It is hard to find a roofing company that responds that fast, communicates clearly, and treats people fairly. We are truly grateful for the prompt roof repair and the peace of mind that came with it.

We were dealing with worsening water damage on an interior wall below the chimney, so I called for a roofing inspection. They responded fast, got up on the roof, and found that the chimney flashing from an earlier repair had not been sealed …

After hail damage, we reached out to several roofing contractors for a full roof replacement. Elias got back to us quickly, and my wife and I were really impressed with his roofing knowledge and the clear way he explained the whole process for replacing our roof and seven skylights. The crew completed the entire roofing job and skylight installation in one day. When they finished, the property was spotless, and all old shingles and skylight materials were hauled away. Everything was done exactly as promised, and Elias also took care of the insurance paperwork, which made the project much easier for us. The workmanship, cleanup, and communication were all excellent. This was truly a 5-star roofing experience, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof and skylight work.

my insurance approval for the roof replacement took a long time, but rivera brothers roofing llc was patient and easy to work with through the whole process. elias was very understanding, stayed in touch, and clearly knew how to handle insurance delays without making it stressful. he kept checking in while we waited and made sure i always knew what was going on. on installation day, he was there overseeing the roofing work and making sure everything was done the right way. he even had the crew fix a few shingles that did not look right so the finished roof would be solid and clean. the roofing crew did excellent work, even with some passing rain, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. now the new roof looks great, and the new gutters really complete the job. i highly recommend them for any roofing work.

My husband and I needed an affordable roofer for the flat roof on our 2 car garage, and Rivera Brothers Roofing Llc did an excellent job. Our old flat roof was in terrible condition and needed a full replacement. From the start, Raymond built trust and explained everything in simple terms. We learned why the old system kept failing, especially because shingles should not be used on a flat roof when there is not enough slope for proper drainage. The crew walked us through the whole roofing process, explained the materials needed, and showed us how the new flat roof system would solve the problem. They also took photos during each stage of the work, which helped us clearly see how damaged the roof deck and surface were before the replacement. That gave us peace of mind and good records for the future. Everyone was professional, hardworking, and easy to talk to. The new roof looks great, and we are very happy with the workmanship, the fair pricing, and the overall experience. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing flat roof repair or replacement.

Would give ten stars if that were possible. Rivera Brothers Roofing LLC provided excellent service, strong workmanship, and fair pricing for a real improvement to our home. They helped us with roofing and exterior work, and the whole team treated my wife and me like family. Everyone was respectful, listened closely to what we wanted, and offered a few practical options that fit our budget. We had been dealing with roof and ventilation issues for a long time. During heavy rain and windy weather in Mesquite, we were concerned about how well everything was protecting our home. The crew explained the best roofing-related solutions in simple terms and helped us choose the right repair and upgrade plan to improve airflow, sealing, and overall performance. The finished work gave us much better peace of mind and made the house feel more secure and energy efficient in the Texas heat. The installation crew arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and clearly walked us through the work before getting started. I asked a lot of detailed questions, and both Raymond and Elias answered everything patiently and professionally. It was obvious they knew their trade and cared about doing the job the right way. A lot of people expect exterior repair or roofing work to leave behind a mess, but that was not the case here. The job was completed with real care, and the cleanup was so thorough that the area looked great when they finished. The craftsmanship blended in so well that you cannot even tell where the repair was made. We are very happy with the results and have already noticed what a big difference it made to our home. The quality, communication, and attention to detail truly stood out. Another great job, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior home services.

We first hired a roofing team to handle several repairs on our roof after ongoing leaks started showing up on our newly built home. The builder did not back up the original work, so we needed an experienced roofer to step in. Every repair …

Elias came out to inspect the roof leak around my chimney and figure out what was causing the interior damage. After a careful roofing inspection, it was clear that a new roof would be the best solution because the previous roofer’s work …

i'm very happy with the roof replacement, new gutters, and siding work. elias was great to work with and took the time to get up on the roof, inspect the problem areas, and show me photos so i could clearly understand where the water issues were coming from. He explained the roofing process in simple terms and made me feel confident about the repairs. Since the work was finished, we have had several heavy rainstorms and everything has held up very well. My home has stayed dry, the roof looks solid, and the gutters are moving water away like they should. The crew was professional, respectful, and easy to have around. They kept the jobsite neat, cleaned up carefully during and after the project, and left the property looking great. I'm very thankful for the quality roofing work and glad i chose this team for the repairs my home needed.

We had our full roof replaced and also needed 4 large custom skylights changed out. Rivera Brothers Roofing LLC sent Raymond and a crew member to inspect everything carefully. They spent plenty of time up on the roof, took photos, and explained the issues in a clear and simple way so we understood what needed to be done. After we signed the agreement, the skylight manufacturer needed one more exact measurement before making the units, and Raymond came back out to make sure everything was right. The roofing work, skylight installation, and cleanup were finished in one day just as promised. They left the property spotless, with no shingle pieces or debris anywhere. Soon after the job, we had strong rain, and the new roof and skylights performed perfectly with no leaks at all. In the Texas heat and storms, that kind of solid roofing work really matters. Because of the great experience, we hired Elias to replace the roof on our other home as well. We have already recommended them to friends.

I own a commercial building and was dealing with problems on a flat roof, including ongoing water intrusion. I first spoke with another roofing contractor and the price seemed reasonable, but I wanted a second opinion after seeing mixed feedback. I’m glad I did. Elias called me back quickly, even on a weekend, and met with me soon after. During the roof inspection, he clearly explained that some of the leaks were tied to problem areas around the building, not just the roofing membrane itself, and he included those needed repairs in the estimate. The pricing was fair and in line with the other quote, but the big difference was that this roofing crew took the time to find the real source of the leak issues instead of only offering a basic patch. That helped fix the problem the right way. In the Texas heat, it is important to have a commercial roof company that understands flat roofing systems, drainage, flashing, and waterproofing. The whole crew was professional, skilled, and easy to work with, and I appreciated not having to pay until the roofing job was fully completed. Very satisfied with the service and the quality of the roof repairs.
