  This is a servicing company. Work is out sourced. The only thing Texas Vets Roofing did was pull a permit and sit back and collect and charge top dollar to do so. I was told in initial meeting they would handle my insurance company and everything. Not true, only 2 emails were sent to my insurance company fron them and both of those were supplements. Even when it came down to depreciation payment, I forwarded email to them for them to respond and nothing, it was left for me to respond to. I was lied to about other things as well. The actual company that did my roof did do a good job. I wish I had their contact information before I signed my contract.

  These big companies are not on your side, they are looking for as much money as they can get. Find a trustworthy contractor on Facebook marketplace or through friends, you’ll always get a better deal that way. If you want to support veterans, go with them. But they will not give you the cheapest market price. If you value your money shop around a little bit more. With the money I’m saving by going with a different company I can go on 5 weekend vacations to LA.

  Good morning. Thank you for pointing out the we are not the cheapest. We are not a big company y by any means, morr of a family owned and ran company. We quoted a full roof replacement in comparison to a 1300 dollar repair being done with scrap materials. If tpu would answer your phone or give me a call I would greatly appreciate it. We strive for 5 star service , hopefully Jay, a Navy veteran, gave you 5 star service although our price was higher than you expected.

  Stay away from this Company!!! They forced me to sign the contract with them. They promise me all good result but they really don't care. It took me a month to set up reinspection with my insurance but Texas Vets Roofing guy who was supposed to meet in the moring did not show up. His name is Jay. His excuse was he got another client with other insurance company. Well I check with him & his schedule when i make an appt. Also I reminded him a day before and he said he will be there in the morning. I called the owner next day ask him what happened but he has no idea what is going on, not even know my insurance claim. I totally waste my time. I picked this company to support Veterans owned company but turned out to be bad choice.

  Good afternoon, I apologize you feel we have wronged you through this process. First off we never "force" anyone to sign a contract. Your insurance company paid for the missing shingles on your roof and you wanted a new roof. We advised you there wasn't adequate damage for a full replacement and you insisted on calling for a reinspection. You asked us for an estimate and asked told us the insurwnce company needed it for a reinspection. Our policy is if we write a supplrmant we have a signed contract if the roof gets approved. You called Jay 3 days before the adjuster was going to be there and he had other customers in his schedule and told you they were not going to pay again due to no damage. Weather we would have been there or not doesn't sway there coverage. Again, my apologies that we didn't meet your expectations.

  Terrible customer service! Aaron has been harassing my mother and going and talking to the neighbors about other peoples business! Their website says free inspections but are trying to charge for the inspection! When you don’t answer their calls they show up at your house!

  Not enough words to express how disappointed I was with this company. Probably should have given them 1 star, but since it was just Thanksgiving I’m happy that everything is done. I had to watch them every step of the way. I advised my project manager of a nail in my tire from the roof replacement, but I guess since they have been paid, they don’t find it necessary to respond to me. The roofers damaged every gutter I had on the house. The company paid to replace the damaged ones but with proper supervision we could have avoided that. Just overall generally disappointed.

I did reach out after the fact and offered to help you resolve this matter by paying for any charges you may have incurred due to nail. I apologize that it was not brought to my attention sooner. I do thank you for at least acknowledging that we did have all the damaged gutters replaced at no additional charge to you.   We recently had our roof replaced byTexas Vet Roofing. Our project manager was Michael Rogers. It was a large product, but he kept us informed about each step of the processand answered all of our questions. He was honest, and I appreciated that he is a Christian He and his team worked tirelessly in the Texas heat to complete our roof ahead of schedule. I would recommend this company without reservation. They are the best!!

  Honestly can’t recommend Texas Vets enough. Before I’d even agreed to hire them, Michael came out and did a FREE inspection of my roof — no pressure, no upsell, just walked me through what he saw and what my options were. That alone told me he wasn’t just trying to make a quick buck. We ended up going with Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, plus new gutters and downspouts, and Michael helped me navigate the whole insurance claim process too including being on site when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. Timeline-wise, everything moved fast — the whole project (roof, gutters, downspouts) from start to finish was done in a single day, and the crew was punctual, hardworking, and left the yard spotless. Also want to give a shout out to Toby, the owner. Great communication and clearly cares about doing right by his customers. The finished product looks amazing and I have real peace of mind knowing we’ve got Class 4 shingles up there now for the next hailstorm. If you’re on the fence about who to call, stop looking — Texas Vets is your team.

  I found this company through a news story that reported on the non-profit Roof4Vets. I was immediately impressed by TVR because of their charitable contribution to vets in need. This hit close to my heart. Toby, the owner, and his staff provided exceptional customer service and made the process of getting a new roof less stressful. The roof is absolutely beautiful! The workers did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which I really appreciated. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

  Due to the April 2026 hail storm we called Texas Vets Roofing. Michael came to inspect our roof and worked with our insurance adjuster and company to get things done. He is a true professional with clear communications and understanding of products and materials, he managed it all from start to finish. We have complete confidence of a superior job completed.   I highly recommend Texas Vets Roofing for their honest work and kindness. I had my roof inspected due to the recent hailstorm in my area. Michael Rogers and his son Aiden Rogers inspected my roof and found no damage since my roof is just a few years old. They performed a roofing tune up by adding silicone to some nails that were popping out and glue down some flashing. On another property we have in the same area, they met with my insurance adjuster, pointed all the damage and we got the claim approved. They went ahead and performed some temporary repairs, for free as a courtesy, to prevent further damage while we schedule the replacement. We highly recommend them!

  We had a fantastic experience with the Texas Vets Roofing team. We were in the process of selling our house and determined that we needed a new roof to complete the sale. I was nervous about our tight timeline as well as not knowing the nuances of the process having never replaced a roof before. Steve, Toby and team could not have made it simpler and easier for us! From the first call, Steve guided me through what to do and set expectations for next steps and timing. He worked directly with our insurance adjuster to help ensure we received a fair coverage review and even met the adjuster at our house during the insurance review. From there, they took over discussions with the insurance company and I was able to focus on our upcoming move. Toby and team replaced my entire roof in one day making sure that it did not impact our critical timeline.   After the hail storm in April, we needed a new roof. Many roofers were in the area but we went with Texas Vets. They explained everything and Jay Blanco was on the job the whole time. They were finished in one day!

  Jay Blanco with Texas Vets Roofing was instrumental in our decision to use their company for our roof replacement. Additionally, he was present during insurance inspection, took photos of everything, explained the entire process. The crew was awesome, both during the installation and the cleanup afterwards.   Toby was responsive when I reached out and was able to come out same day. He was honest about what my roof needed done and i felt comfortable moving forward with his services for a routine roof tune-up whereas I was led to believe I needed much more work for much more money by other companies. I’d highly recommend Texas Vets Roofing.
