  Anybody but Hendrick. We notified them via email of the problems, but it took them a month to respond, and only did because we reported them to Better Business Bureau which resulted in a nasty response from Randy where he blamed us for their failures, claimed we wanted a "paid for roof inspection", and they refuse to pay for the damage they caused. Danielle gave us our $500+ back, but it cost us $2,000 to correct the damage they caused. Not quality workmanship and certainly not professional. May have to resort to Small Claims Court , . . . We did find a new roofer who fixed what they damaged and corrected the major problem their "inspection" missed. Randy claimed their are costs associated with giving an estimate, but there's nothing on their website but "free estimates". Avoid them at all costs, they're shoddy workmanship caused us financial harm, and their attitude should be a warning to all. Their responses have been nothing but words, no proof of anything. Their written estimate clearly states inspect 1st and 2nd story/floor, but they missed an entire roofing surface that was the 3rd garage bay--right next to the two-car garage, so it's not like we hid anything. They've been reported to the County Licensing Board and the Florida DBPR. They can avoid any further problems by simply paying us what it cost us to repair the damage they caused and the damage they missed. The two licensing decisions will, of course, become part of any legal action. Their choice to ignore us may cost them much more. Avoid them at all costs, they're not professional and refuse to take responsibility for their faulty, careless, and poor workmanship.

  Mr. & Mrs. Ford- we have made every attempt possible to satisfy your claims and while we believe your statements are false your are entitled to state them. Randy Hendrick (the company owner) does not repsond to BBB claims nor to the claim made to Pinellas County Consumer Protection, that is left to our Business Manager or Office Manager. Nor did we cause damages to your roof. The reason we refunded your repair funds is because the issue was brought to the leadership team and the Business Manager along with the owners approval instructed for your funds to be refunded as we were not satified with the shingle color our crew used that day on the repair of the missing shingles and sealing of your existing vents. Customer satifaction and workmanship is something we uphold at Hendrick Roofing and is the reason this decision was made. You made your claim to the BBB and to Pinellas County Consumer Protection after we refunded your funds and also told us that your intention was to make as many complaints against us as you can. We are unsure what more to do or how to satifiy you further. You paid another roofer to do additional work, not to fix our work as we only charged you for the time and material used, we were contracted to replace your missing shingles and seal vents. We did not perform extensive repairs to your roof as we were only and specifically asked to replace missing shingles. We provided you a free estimate and performed the work contracted for. You contracted with another roofer to do a completely different scope of work. Lastly, we treated you with respect and answered all your questions and provided you details as asked. We ceased conversations when you threatened us and became unresonable to discuss the logistics of your roof. We were never given the opportunity by you to perform the additional repairs that another company claims you needed that you very well may have needed but that is not what you asked us for nor contracted for.   We had a metal roof done on the house we are renting, and so far we don’t have any complaints on the job itself, but the workers left a mess in our yard. My husband found a strip of nails on the ground on the side of the house while he was mowing, with nails on it! He threw it away before I could get a picture. I walked around the house and found all these pieces, this is unacceptable. We have a toddler that runs out barefoot sometimes and he could have cut himself on these metal pieces, or the nails or screws. Not to mention the workers left our side gate opened twice and our dog got out both times. They left a bucket in our front yard and I called three days after the workers done to see if someone could come get it, and she said she will have someone pick it up by Friday. It’s been seven business days since my call and it’s still in my yard. I find this very unprofessional. I know putting a roof on is messy work, but it is NOT okay to not pickup after the job. These pieces could seriously hurt someone!

  They might know how to roof but they know nothing about being a curtious quiet neighbor. They are very uncooperative. They are dirty and noisey. There way is the only way. I would never do business with them under any circumstances. Never.

  Hi Mr. Schuck- your review has nothing to do with Hendrick Roofing, the roofing company and property ownership are entirely separate and shouldn't be posted here as a reflection of our business. We have documentation that our property is very well kept and has been noted as such by multiple agencies whom you have complained to and is noted this is in regards to the property owners riding their private vehicles onsite and the noise that you dislike. You have sent emails that have been forceful and threatening and are now bashing our company that has nothing to do with the issues you complain of in regards to a roof. Please come to the property, take photos so you can see that their is nothing rude, dirty, or overly noisy here. We thank you for your understanding that we are requesting you immediately stop defaming Hendrick Roofing because you have personal issues with the property owners riding of vehicles on an industrial property and your dislike for how a particular situation is being handled by the City.

  Our roof looks good. It was replaced on our new home, by the seller, as a condition of the purchase. I'm not upset about the quality of work. I am mad about the follow up. I called the office, somewhere around 15 times, in the span of a few months. I wanted someone to come out to check on some moisture under the roof. I kept getting the runaround! I was told multiple times that someone would call me to set up an appointment--never happened. I was also told that my "file" was on top of someone's desk, and that it was going to be a top priority. I spoke with two different ladies over the phone who, while very kind, did not have any information about my request, even though I had spoken to them previously, and on multiple occasions.

  Avoid this company. I have not used them professionally but by looking at previous reviews it's looks like it is not an enjoyable experience either. I was driving over the water on I275 and debris came off the back of this truck, cracking my windshield. I called to handle civilly with their office manager who told me there is nothing she can do.

  Hi Travis- We are sorry for your damaged vehicle however we explained to you that our roll off truck was not loaded at the time you were traveling around our vehicle. You took a photo of our truck in front of you and it was completely empty with no dumpster loaded on its back. I apologized to you but explained there was no way our truck had something fall from it while not being loaded. We called the driver immediately after your call, made him pull over, he checked the truck, found nothing lose, looked for you to check your vehicle but you were not pulled over with him, and he proceeded back to our property. You sent a photo to us of your windshield that looked like it had been hit with a perfectly rounded object and was not evident of debris hitting your vehicle from ours, we have nothing on our truck that would match a rounded object and again the truck was empty and without a can attached at the time you made this claim. We are sorry you had this experience and hope you were able to resolve the issue with your windshield.

  Stay clear of this business. Poor business practices and mismanagement are consistent glaring issues. Lack of respect and competence extends from the owners down through the front line employees. Save yoursel the headache and take your money elsewhere.

  We are a condo Association that experienced damage from hurricane Milton, and unfortunately under the hurricane deductible. Hendrck Roofing came through for us very promptly and worked with us to get this job completed in a timely matter with very specific type of tiles that they were able to find quickly for us. The work was exceptional and the staff was extremely supportive through the whole process. We cannot thank them enough.

  Hendrick was exceptional to work with. They helped us match our prior roof tile in terms of color and shape and they did a very high quality job in terms of installation and follow up. Also more competitively priced than the other bids I received. Would definitely use them again.
