  So thankful we used Hefferan Roofing for our roof/gutter work! Kyle went above and beyond for us and explained everything thoroughly while also letting us take the lead on exactly what we needed/wanted to get done! His team was wonderful & we will 100% use them again for all future roof needs which we probably won’t have for awhile since they did a spectacular job! We had a leak coming into our family room bay window that Kyle made sure was resolved with the work that they did! We are so thankful! I had 3 companies I interviewed and received quotes for and I’m so glad we went with Hefferan roofing! 10/10 recommend!

  Very professional and outstanding work. Kyle Crawford is very knowledgeable and provided optimal guidance throughout the insurance claim. He helped us fight our insurance for 2 years, making more phone calls on our behalf than we could count. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement.

  Kyle is the most knowledgeable and patient person I know. He explained the process, he took time to walk us through every step. He was knowledgeable about materials and installation process. He walked us through paperwork with our HOA, time frame and made sure everything was done to our 100% satisfaction.

  I was referred to Hefferan roofing from a family member and am highly satisfied with the results. Kyle was great to work with and went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met. New roof,siding and gutters all installed via Hefferan. Again very pleased with the service we received and quality of work performed.   I highly recommend Hefferan roofing to anyone in the St Charles community! Kyle Crawford was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process from gutters, to roof replacement to entire damage. Kyle and his team handled EVERYTHING from paperwork to permits, even stopping by to pick up payment and check in on progress. The level of professionalism from Kyle and his team was outstanding. Overall there was fantastic communication, fair and transparent pricing, and the quality of work was all superb - not to mention all completed in a timely manner - ahead of schedule even!! I can’t say enough about the overall experience with this company. 10/10!

  Kyle was amazing to work with! He is an outstanding honest man and his workers did great work. Kyle battled with my insurance company for 8 months and finally got the roof approved! I highly recommend him and this company for any exterior needs!

  Kyle was a tremendous resource and ally who worked closely with me for the duration of my roofing claim and made sure I was well taken care of during the entire process. Roof replacement was done FAST and thoroughly and completed in a morning. Extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Hefferan Roofing.
