The work done with replacing my roof was very good. However, the representative, Dania Fadeley was argumentative and accusatory.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dania Fadeley at HCA Roofing on numerous projects. As a home inspector completing wind mitigation inspections after their roof replacements, I’ve consistently seen quality workmanship with no issues. Dania is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about her customers. It’s no surprise they consistently receive great feedback. I also appreciate that HCA Roofing offers Fortified Home roof installations, which can provide homeowners with added storm protection and potential insurance savings. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for this Anthony — and coming from a home inspector who sees our work up close during wind mitigation inspections, this means more than you know. That's about as honest a third-party review of our craftsmanship as it gets, and we're genuinely proud that the work holds up every time. Dania will absolutely see this. She puts a lot of care into every project and every customer relationship, and it's great to hear that comes through not just to the homeowners but to the professionals working alongside us. We also appreciate you highlighting the FORTIFIED program. It's something we're really passionate about — helping homeowners in Northeast Florida build stronger roofs while also reducing what they pay for insurance is a win on every level. Thank you for the kind words and for the work you do. We look forward to continuing to work alongside you.

We had an excellent experience working with Dania and the team at HCA Construction and Roofing. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. What could have been a stressful roofing project became surprisingly straightforward because she kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always available to answer questions. One thing that really stood out was her willingness to listen and work through concerns. We had a few questions and requested some adjustments during the contract process, and she was fair, understanding, and patient every step of the way. We never felt pressured, and she took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable moving forward. Perhaps the most impressive part was that we were managing this project from out of state. Dania made the entire process easy to coordinate remotely, providing regular updates, clear communication, and photos throughout every stage of the project. Having that level of visibility gave us confidence that the work was progressing properly and allowed us to stay informed without being physically present. The new roof looks fantastic and was completed professionally and on schedule, and the overall experience was even better than we expected. The workmanship, communication, and customer service were all outstanding. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers quality work while providing clarity and treating you with honesty, respect, and professionalism, I would not hesitate to recommend HCA Construction and Roofing. Dania and her team made a potentially stressful project feel organized, transparent, and well-managed from start to finish.

I've had Dania come to check out a potential house purchase for me, and take a look at the roof so I could make my offer more appealing. She responded quickly, went by the house, took video of all the problem spots, and walked me through my options for the roof. Can't say enough about her expertise and care!

  Reply from the business

Thank you so much for the kind words! Buying a home is stressful enough without having to wonder about the condition of the roof, so we love being able to jump in quickly and help people feel confident going into an offer. Dania genuinely enjoys that part of the job — getting out there, taking the time to document everything, and making sure you actually understand what you’re looking at and what your options are. We’ll make sure she sees this. We hope the purchase went smoothly and that you’re enjoying your new home! Thank you for trusting HCA Construction and Roofing.

Thank you so much for the kind words — this really made our day! Dania and the whole team put a lot of care into making sure every customer feels heard and taken care of, so it means a great deal to know that came through during your project. We're also glad we could help navigate the process beyond just the installation itself — that's exactly the kind of support we want to provide. Thank you for trusting HCA Construction and Roofing with your home and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope your new roof serves you well for years to come!

Another Middleburg home with a brand new roof — and we love seeing it come together. This homeowner got a complete Owens Corning roofing system, and like every job we do, it started long before the first shingle went on. Tear-off, deck inspection, repairs where needed, premium underlayment — all of it done before anything new touches the roof. That's what a proper roof replacement looks like. A lot of contractors will put new shingles over old problems. We don't. The prep work is what determines how well a roof holds up over the next 20 to 30 years, especially here in Florida where the sun, wind, and rain test every roof year-round. We are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor serving Middleburg, Fleming Island, Orange Park, Oakleaf, and the surrounding Clay County area. If your roof is getting up there in age or you've noticed some warning signs, we're happy to come take a look and give you an honest assessment. HCA Construction and Roofing, Inc. Built Right.
