  After putting off the roof replacement for years on my house and detached garage, I was glad to find a roofing team that got the job done the right way. The whole experience was smooth from the first estimate to the final cleanup. The crew was responsive, skilled, and easy to work with, and they answered questions clearly throughout the project. They shared several helpful roofing suggestions that improved the finished result, including adding venting skylights over my kitchen addition, which really improved both the function of the space and its overall look. Their knowledge of roofing materials, ventilation, and design details made a big difference. The roofing crews worked efficiently, stayed organized, and left the property very clean each day. I especially appreciated seeing them go over the yard multiple times with a magnet to pick up nails and protect the driveway and lawn. The new roof on both the house and garage looks great, and the workmanship gave me a lot of confidence. Overall, it was an excellent roofing experience, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

  Fonseca & Sons Roofing handled our gutter replacement really well. Zachary, Theodore, and Dale were polite, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the job. I needed several downspout extensions adjusted around the garden beds and landscaping, and Zachary was very accommodating and made sure everything was placed where it worked best for drainage and appearance. At one point I wanted to double check the location of one extension, and the crew was patient while I figured out the best spot. Later, Zachary made the final adjustment and it came out exactly right. The manager was also professional and responsive, which gave me confidence in the whole roofing and gutter service. The new gutters look great, the downspouts fit the layout of the house much better, and the cleanup was very thorough when the work was finished. Overall, I am happy with the service, the communication, and the quality of the gutter work, and I would give them five stars.

  A friend pointed us toward Fonseca & Sons Roofing, and choosing them for our roof replacement turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From the first phone call, the office was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They took down our information and let us know Theodore from the roofing team would be reaching out. Not long after, Theodore called and the whole process moved smoothly from there. He was pleasant, clear, and very knowledgeable about roofing materials, skylight work, and the full replacement process. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, with every part of the job spelled out clearly, and the pricing felt very fair for the amount of work involved. All of our questions were answered without any pressure, which gave us a lot of confidence before moving forward. We were scheduled quickly, and when weather caused a couple of delays, the new installation date was given right away with great communication. On the day of the job, Dale, the project manager, arrived on time, walked us through the plan, and made sure we understood each step of the tear-off and roof install. The crew handled a large roof, over 40 square, with real skill, efficiency, and attention to detail. They worked fast but never looked rushed, and it was obvious they cared about doing the job the right way without cutting corners. The finished roof looks excellent, and the five skylights were installed neatly and professionally. The cleanup was also impressive, with very little mess left behind. After a heavy rain in Pompton Plains, everything performed exactly as it should, and we did not have a single leak. We are extremely happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall experience, and would gladly recommend this roofing contractor to anyone needing roofing services.

  We hired Leonard for several exterior home projects in Pompton Plains, including roofing, siding, fascia and soffit replacement, painting, and new gutters. His roofing and framing crew found and replaced rotted wood studs and damaged roof decking, which gave us confidence that the roof system was being repaired the right way instead of just covered up. He handled our many questions and change requests with patience, and Angel also worked through several painting changes while even taking care of a few extra cosmetic details to help everything look finished and clean. Leonard stopped by the job site often, kept an eye on the progress, and even helped correct a few small items that were not really part of his scope. The house looks much better now, the roof is sealed up properly, and we no longer have openings where rain or pests could get in. We would gladly use them again for another roofing or exterior project.

  I highly recommend this roofing company. After a storm blew off a shingle, I realized our roof was overdue for a full replacement. I asked the contractor who worked on our addition who he would suggest, and he shared that he had recently used the same roofer and was very pleased with the results. Leonard responded quickly, inspected the roof, and gave us a fair estimate for the full roof replacement. Once we picked out the shingle color, the job was scheduled right away. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and delivered high-quality workmanship from start to finish. They also found a few rotted roof deck sections during the tear-off and replaced them as needed. Some of that work was covered within the original estimate, and the added cost for the extra plywood replacement was very reasonable. The whole process was smooth, honest, and professional. Now we have strong new shingles, a solid roof system, and much better peace of mind. We are extremely happy with the finished roof and the service we received.

  My first job with them was a reroof on my home using Verea flat clay tile. The whole roofing project was timed very well, with no delays between tear-off, installation, and final inspection. The carpentry, sheet metal work, and tile placement all came out excellent, and the finished roof looks clean and well built. They even painted the goose neck vents and power weatherhead to blend with the tile color, which showed real attention to detail. Working with Theodore was easy because he stayed responsive to calls and texts and kept everything moving smoothly. After seeing the quality of that roof replacement, I also had them handle leak repairs, flat roof repair and coating, and fascia repair on my other properties. It is hard to find a roofing contractor that is this consistent, careful, and proud of their work.

  We deal with strong winds, and our roof had missing shingles and a leak for quite a while. After getting nowhere with another roofing contractor, I reached out for help and the response was fast. Theodore and Dale came out the same day, inspected the roof, found the trouble spots, and fixed the damage right away. They explained the repair in simple terms, checked the shingles and flashing, and made sure the leak was sealed before leaving. The work was done professionally, the pricing was fair, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It is hard to find a roofer who communicates well and handles emergency roof repair this quickly. I would gladly use their roofing services again and recommend them to anyone who needs anything from a small roof repair to a full roof replacement.

  I was very impressed and extremely happy with the roofing service. The whole roof replacement process was smooth and easy from start to finish. They removed the old roof and installed the new one in just one day, which was a big help and showed how organized and skilled the crew was. I also really appreciated that the new roof was upgraded to architectural shingles at no extra cost as part of the package. That added a lot of value and gave the home a much better look and stronger protection. Theodore was my first point of contact, and he was professional, helpful, and quick to answer every question about the roofing materials, schedule, and installation process. Zachary was also great to work with and made sure everything stayed on track. The roofing crew worked hard, respected the property, and did an excellent cleanup after the tear-off and install. They cleared the yard well before leaving, and Theodore even came back again to check for any leftover nails or debris and make sure everything was spotless. It was clear they cared about the quality of the work and the final result. The new roof looks amazing, and I would highly recommend this roofer to anyone needing reliable roofing work, good communication, and professional service.
