  GO ELSEWHERE: Companies lacks internal communication across company employees. After multiple delays not due to materials, but LABOR and timely work of the labor. Multiple calls unanswered, many “we’ll start tomorrow’s”, well folks the end to this story is ANOTHER COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY ROOF. Go elsewhere. Period.

  Been trying to get this guy to come out for almost a year.....no response, no show, HORRIBLE Stay away if you want your roof done!!!!

  I've been waiting since the end of July 2020 for new gutters. I was told it would be a 6 week wait which was fine. I still haven't gotten my new gutters and no one will return my calls to give me an answer on when I will get them.

  Some employees WERE great to work with but other than that i would not call them if my life depended on it to do any job at my home except for the gutter crew john and david they are 100% awsome at what they do there in and out their clean and friendly and very out going i give those 2 men props i give 2 employees a 10 all day but company overall negitive 5 hope this helps customers make a different decision on home repairs

  City taking down trees, accidentally lost control and the gutter across the back of garage was destroyed. It's repaired and we are satisfied with repairs to another gutter also. Thank you for a job well done!

  Dan Hanell Construction is a quality company. They're hard to come by. After a storm last week, they came and fixed the problem perfectly and quickly. Wouldn't call anybody else. Thank you!

  Mike's a straight shooter. Easy to deal with. They give a free inspection for storm damage, free estimate, and help understand the insurance paperwork.

  They did a great job even working through bitter cold. The old was out and the new windows in before we could feel the cold. The finishing of our porch with beautiful big windows and a new door is great. Thank you to all the guys!

  New deck looks great! Mike, Juan, and the crew were perfectionists, so the job was going to be done right. Chad handled all the details from start to finish, and Denise was nice in the office. I would hire dhc again.

  My experience with Dan Hanell construction. In October they came and bid on replacing my skylight in my condo. It was 70 & 80 degree weather then. I heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I called a member of my HOA to find out what the delay …
