The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Harmer Built LLC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Best experience with a contractor/roofer ever. Ken was honest and thorough. His crew did an outstanding job!! They thoroughly cleaned everything after the roof was complete. I will recommend anyone in need of a new roof to look to Harmer Roofing.

Ken was very professional. He is a tradesman, not just a sales person. Harmer Built answered all questions, they were not pushy towards signing a contract. The work was flawless, and completed quickly. I would recommend Ken and his crew to …

They fixed up our roof in two places on our 125 year old house. Did a fantastic job with really fair prices. After they had done the job and a few rains came, they even followed up with us a few times to make sure everything was working properly. Nothing but great things to say.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 14, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Harmer Built LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
