This is the 2nd time I have used Sutherlands. When it came time to replace my roof again they were the first company I called. The whole process was very easy. From the first inspection & estimate to the finished roof. Andrew really cares about his customers and stopped by to review everything with me and went over and above to ensure everything was done well and that all concerns were addressed. Would definitely recommend Sutherlands Exterior for the quality, customer service and value.

Mr. Daino, thank you for the 5 star review and the positive feedback. We are honored that you trusted us to handle everything on your behalf while you were 100’s of miles away. We sent before pictures to you via email documenting the wind damages, we provided you a detailed estimate, met with your insurance adjuster, sent you an electronic contract for signature, and completed the roof replacement all while you were able to enjoy your daily life in a complete different state. The Certainteed Landmark Limited Lifetime (50 yr) architectural shingles will protect that home for decades to come. The Burnt Siena shingles really look great with the rest of the exterior façade on the house. Thank you for trusting us with your mother’s home.

We had two minor leaks in a relatively new roof. Sutherlands and specifically Ariel Ramos, the project manager, were very attentive and treated our little job with respect. They were able to also arrange for some minor drywall repair and interior painting for the areas where the water had damaged the ceiling. I never felt that our job was too small or insignificant.

Sutherlands Exteriors was great to work with for our much needed repair job. Bob came out to assess our needs, had a quote put together quickly, and had the work done with incredible timing. The work turned out great and we are already looking at using Bob and team for a couple of future projects!

Sutherlands Exteriors delivered exceptional service! Project Manager Erich Hertzog guided me step by step through the process, helping me navigate the insurance company to finally get my roof claim approved after two denials. His team arrived at the crack of dawn and worked with military precision, completing my entire roof in just one day. They also repaired my bedroom ceiling perfectly and didn't leave a speck of dust behind. Outstanding professionalism and craftsmanship—I highly recommend Sutherlands Exteriors!

I am extremely pleased with Sutherland Exteriors. Rudy walked me through the process of the roof replacement- he was extremely communicative, responsive, and professional. The roof was installed in one day by a very hearty crew. They picked up after themselves and came back to fix a few odds and ends. We are very pleased with our Sutherland experience and even referred them to friends and family.

I am very pleased with SUTHERLANDS EXTERIORS. For me, communication is very important. I contacted them for a roof replacement. They provided a detail / itemized list in materials, time and dollars up front. I had extensive structural damage that was that not visible until the old roof was removed. (My home is 70 plus years old). They took the time to explain every issue encountered as they were encountered, demonstrating and documenting with photos , and offered options to resolve. In addition to the roof, I contracted for siding replacement. They went above and beyond in creating a unique design on the trim work. I am very pleased with the appearance and quality of work. They showed up on time and worked dawn to dusk. They did an excellent job of clean up. Again, I am very pleased with the communication, timing and quality of work.
