We were about to start on a project and the day of Carolina Roofing stated we need to have a structural engineer. We were not informed prior and they refused to do the work until we acquired a structural engineer for the job. Therefore, we made the decision to go elsewhere. This was after we made the deposit for the work to begin. Carolina Roofing declined to pay back our full deposit. So Beware! We had to report this to our credit card company for our refund, as well as the BBB.

Since you want to complain about the one-star rating. You can try and hide behind your excuse of no record of me. Maybe you should have done your job. You came to my property with someone from another roofing company. Didn't verify who you were speaking ,too. So, just man up and own your mistakes. Promised a quote by Tuesday of the next week. That was three weeks ago, and I haven't heard a word. So there is no need for a quote now. I am well aware of how Google reviews work. So, if I choose to,I can push your review down. Sometimes, it is best to take your stars and leave them be.

I recently had my roof replaced due to some leaks in my home. Mr. Allen and all of his staff were practical and very helpful throughout the entire process. The work was completed promptly, and Mr. Allen was extremely efficient in handling all the paperwork and coordinating with my insurance company regarding my homeowners' claim. Both he and his team patiently explained each step of the process, which was especially helpful to me as a senior citizen. I truly appreciated their support and professionalism. I highly recommend Carolina Roofing Pros & Mr. Allen to anyone in the area in need of roofing work.

Aaron and his team at Carolina Roofing Pros did a great job on our roof. He came out within two days, inspected everything, and walked me through the options without rushing anything. I wasn’t sure what shingle to go with, but he explained the differences clearly and helped me choose a premium option that matched well and improved the overall look. They stripped the roof down to the plywood, replaced a few weak spots, and added metal in the valleys which really improved both performance and appearance. The crew was polite, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean each day. Communication was solid the whole way through, anytime I had a question he got back to me quickly. The entire process felt organized and straightforward, and the end result looks great 👍
