  Sonny with Top Water came after two giant trees fell and glanced off my roof in a storm. He gave me excellent advice- assuring me it looks great and no damage. I appreciate his honesty - isn’t that what we’re all looking for? Not someone looking to make a sale but a truly honest and trustworthy company who will shoot you straight.

  Chris from rooftop came with a drone to inspect my roof a free consultation. It went very smoothly. It is a wonderful company and I would recommend them to everyone. It’s not every day you get honest contractors. They told me my roof was excellent. Just a few nails have to be fixed.   I highly recommend this roofing company. Sonny was excellent he fixed some minor issues with our roof for free and let us know we didn’t need a total replacement yet. Wonderful communication and service!!

  I had a great experience with TopWater Roofing. I called them because I was concerned that my 10-year-old roof may have been damaged by wind and hail. First, they performed a free drone video inspection of my roof. Then, because they wanted to double-check that nothing was missed during the drone inspection, they sent Sunny out to do a free physical inspection as well. I really appreciated how honest and transparent Sunny was about the condition of my roof. He took the time to explain the actual status of the roof without exaggerating any issues. What stood out most was that they provided the drone pictures for free and never once pressured me to buy anything. There was no upselling, no scare tactics, and no pushy sales approach — just genuine, professional service. It’s rare to find a company that is this straightforward and trustworthy.
