Harding Builders did my roof and about 6 others in our family’s neighborhood this year. A nicer neighborhood. When someone does good work, the word usually spreads fast. We were very pleased with everything they did. They were professional. Not your typical massively rough neck roofing crew. They looked like roofers, but roofers of a better class. They had all the right equipment. They picked up each day after they were done. They started when they said and finished on time. Their price was fair in comparison to others. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. If I was doing another shingle roof (which I will, we own 32 rental units) I will call Chris again. If you’re looking for someone to do your roof and they’re not already booked for the summer, give Chris or his son a call and a deposit. You will be happy with the results.

We are very happy with Harding builders. They did a great job on our roof. They paid attention to everything we needed and all was picked up after. We will definitely be seeking them out for windows in the future.

Long overdue review, but they replaced our roof 2021 and did a great job at a competitive price. Highly recommend (and actually have recommended to friends).

They arrived on time, were done when they said they’d be and cleaned up the area every day. Chris and Jenny were informative and professional. Email response was great. Good value. Great outcome. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with my new roof! I had a 30+ year old roof in much disrepair including rotted wood on top and soffits. Not only was Chris affordable, he and his crew were professional and polite, did great quality work and got the job done …

Chris & Jenny were great to work with throughout our roof replacement. They were very communicative, professional, and performed high quality work from estimate, product selection, scheduling, installation, clean-up, and warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing in the tri-cities!
