  Riley Hancock cashed my down payment check in May. To date, he has not begun the project nor will he answer my calls. Stay away from this contractor. It is now October 22, 2025. Hancock Construction has not responded to any of court proceedings or paid the judgment. Beware of this contractor.

  The roofing crew showed up on time,was very professional,humble and very clean so 5 stars,the sofit crew didn’t show up on time,very disrespectful,slow and messy 0 stars and the gutter crew wasn’t impressive with the length of downspouts and length left on the ground leaving the water to run back in to the foundation

  From start to finish, we loved working with Elliot and the Roofing crew. Elliot was very professional answering our questions and communicated in a very timely manner. The crew came over got to work shingling the roof. They worked quick and efficiently and cleaned up the mess. We love the look of our new roof. Would highly recommend them.

  I had hail damage on my roof and called 3 roofers for estimates. One never called me. One called me 2 weeks later, but Hancock came within one day, and I had my roof installed within a week. Very professional installation and was completed in one day. Jeorge explained the quote very well, and everything happened exactly as he said. Honest and quality work.

  Jamestown Area needing roof work... Riley and crew were absolutely stellar from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone needing an excellent, speedy job at an amazing price. It's always fun working with professionals who take pride in their job and make the entire process seemless and fun. Top notch.

  the owner is a great guy. he works with you for what you need and does a great job in a great timely matter and the communication is top tier when working with them. i recommend them to everyone cause 10/10 company for roofing needs!

  Great experience they got the job done fast and worked with our insurance adjuster to try and get them to cover as much as possible I would definitely recommend Riley and Mike.

  Our two condo buildings needed new roofs. Riley‘s sales pitch was excellent and so we went with his company. We are assuming the roofs are fine, but their service after the sale is less than exemplary. Riley suggested two whirlybirds per unit so we went with his recommendation. One whirlybird stopped working within 6 months. Riley was contacted numerous times it he never found time to get someone here to fix it. We had to hire someone else and pay for the repair. We can only assume they did a good job on the roof, but if you hire his company, don’t expect them to honor their guarantee. ————————————/——————————— I realize this response is quite late. The board was not aware that anyone from your company went on the roof to fix the whirlybird. We actually had a handyman fix it. That said, the roof has held up well and other than this issue, we are very happy with the job your guys did.
