  Please do not hire this company. After a brand new roof install we called for 2 years regarding a leak. They never fixed it. We finally had to hire someone else at our expense to fix their mistake. Now they will not offer us any repayment. Please learn from our mistakes.

  Two months and Mr Bunch never finish the roof shingles still not laying down. People ask who messed up the roof job and I always say Mr Bunch at Hale Roofing. Now I have to get a different roofer to finish the job. He has promised me weekly that he would come finish but NEVER did!

  Knew Joe (owner) was a handy man jack of all trades, and our water heater went out yesterday morning (7/8/26). the first person i called when i determined it wasn’t the thermocoupling and needed to be replaced was Joe. he immediately came over and double checked with new thermocoupling to make sure i wasn’t wasting money and confirmed. he went out and got a new water heater and had it installed in 30 minutes. I trust Joe like he’s family, he’s a good person that cares about his customers. at 5pm when he was wrapping up after testing the hot water heater, he had to go straight back to a roof install in Austin, KY past Barren River lake to finish supervising an install without dinner. Take notes, folks!

  Hale Roofing replaced the roof on our steep A-frame house a few months ago, and there have been no leaks or problems. The crew was hard working, professional and pleasant. Difficult flashing around stone chimney was better than new. Recommended.
