  Gutter tune up is the least honest firm ive ever worked with. The salesman took advantage of how old i am . He talked a good game but didn't do the job he promised. I'll never use them again. Always make sure you get in writing what they'll do on a roof replacement. So sorry I didn't go with my first company.

  What a joke. Gutter tune up provided an estimate saying it was going to cost extra because it was going to be “very difficult.” It’s one single 50’ gutter on a 2 story residential building. The President of the company said he would send “his best crew.” When the contractor (subcontractor based on the different name on the work van) showed up they said it was an easy 10 min job. Then my neighbors called and said, “Get your guys off my roof, why would you let them go up on my roof without asking?” I had no idea they were even on the neighbors roof. Then when I said they couldn’t go on the neighbor’s roof and they started packing up to leave and said, “Call us when you get permission from the neighbor.” I tried calling Gutter Tune up, they wouldn’t talk to me on the phone so I had to argue with them via text for a couple hours while the crew stood there waiting. They just kept saying, call us when you have permission from the neighbor to go on their roof. I kept insisting now that you upset the neighbor I’ll never get permission, you need to come up with another solution. They refused and tried to leave after removing my existing gutter, so now i had nothing for a gutter. After hours of back and forth by text they crew finally got back to work and did it from ladders leaning on the side of my building and told me, “This is how we usually do it when there isn’t a nearby building but it’s just not as easy, its no big deal and will just take longer.” So basically…..they bid it for the “hard” (which is actually the normal way) way, but showed up and tried to do it the easy way by going on a neighbors roof. When they couldn’t do that they threw a tantrum and tried to leave, hours of arguing later and they finally did it. The fact that they wouldn’t even talk to me and just kept texting, “call us when you get permission from the neighbors” was so unprofessional. Definitely the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in a long time. If you like stress, being charged

  Spam texted me about servicing my nonexistent out of state gutters. I asked them how they got my number and they wouldn't tell me (cool). I wish the best for them. I'm sure their business is decent but their client acquisition methods could be refined.

  Eric operations manager came out to give me an estimate. After 1 1/2 hrs I didn’t realize it would be high pressured sales. Big turn off for me. Wasted my time. Can’t say what kind of work they do. But don’t set up an appt. for a free estimate unless you are definitely going to commit.

  We are very pleased with the results of our gutters. Eric was a very helpful sales person. Cory was great in communications to when the products were ordered, to when they were to be installed. Even though there was a mistake in not ordering the hinged downspout extensions, the error was quickly remedied in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Gutter Tune up.

  Excellent service start to finish. Crew that installed new gutters for house and garage were very professional. Worked with them on options for downspouts and extensions. Signed contract on 8/11 and install was completed on 8/18.

  I live in Milwaukee and I recieved amazing service from Eric and Corey. Eric went onto my roof and took pictures of my gutters and sat down with me to go over them. Eric was very upfront and transparent about the price and gave me multiple options to consider and move forward with. I wasn't able to be home when the installation happened, but it was like no one had even been at my house! Everything was clean and the only sign the crew had been there are my beautiful new gutters and some ladder marks in my dirt. Though they are not the cheapest option I think the service and quality of work is well worth the bit of extra. Plus I have a 10 year warranty on my gutters, which gives me peace of mind for the future. 10 out of 10 would recommend Gutter Tune Up! ☺️

  We got our gutters cleaned and had the leaf guard installed. The whole process was smooth and price seemed reasonable. There was a small delay for some materials but that was communicated to us. The onsite crew got did a good job cleaning up after too.
