I paid this guy Alan 1000 upfront and he never showed up or did any work, just completely ghosted me. Trying to file a lawsuit right now, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MAN

To the individual claiming we took money from you — I have no idea who you are, and we have never conducted any business together. We do not take deposits on gutter jobs unless they exceed thousands of dollars, and anyone familiar with our work knows that. We’ve reviewed your claims and found no record of any interaction or transaction, and nothing to suggest you are a legitimate customer of ours. These statements are completely false. If they continue, they will be documented and reported accordingly. Please stop and move on.

Alan and his crew did an outstanding job on our new gutters. They were professional, personable, reliable, and reasonably priced. They were also very considerate of our needs and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. To our surprise and delight this crew also does tree work and removal. We lost at least 20 trees during Hurricane Helene so needed a good tree service. Alan and crew once again worked nonstop until literally all the trees that needed cutting were down or gone. We highly recommend Gutter Solutions for both expert gutter and tree work. Doug and Cheryl Frey

Alan returned my phone call promptly and set up my gutter install within days. He and Michael were efficient, hardworking, and responsive. The gutters match perfectly and we are thrilled with our new guttering system. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you both for a job well done.

Thanks to Alan and his crew for all the work they did. They did a fantastic job installing my new gutter system. After Helene came through it really put it to the test and it passed with flying colors. Kind, efficient, above and beyond. Great attention to detail.
