  This experience is based 100% on true occurrence's and I cannot caution people enough from working with this company. They are unreliable, have poor workmanship, and "excel" only is pseudo-customer service and sales to entice you to sign with them. You are much better off working with a smaller business that operates with integrity. First they quoted me 4k to repair my roof which turned into a 28k re-roof job that spanned across multiple months due to continued cancellation, usually day-of. By the time they were finished the roof was worse than when it started with nails coming through the wood and the worst workmanship. Now 9 months later, I have mushrooms growing through the door to the roof because they did not re-install it properly and moisture is coming in. I am trying to exercise my warranty but again have dealt with ongoing cancellation on the day of, and I am STILL waiting for them to come out and look at it. I'm not clear where these "good" reviews come from, but if you are considering a roof repair with this company, please think again, I would not want anyone to go through this.

  I did not have a great experience in the estimate process. I asked for a simple quote to patch a small leak between two sections of my gutter system and specifically said that I was not interested in any upsell or replacement, I only wanted a quote for the patch. The salesperson did exactly the opposite and waste an hour+ of my time preparing quotes for replacement systems and trying to upsell. I would leave a 1 star but the sales person was at least very polite and personable. It's very frustrating dealing with companies that only upsell; its the opposite of good customer service.

  Their time is more important than yours. Pinged them for a quote, they responded and went dark for 4 days. Had to text and then call them. Got a scheduled appointment - just for a quote. Fri: "our technicians are very busy, please be sure to be at you home when they are scheduled to arrive" Mon: 5 minutes before the appointment, a call saying they have a scheduling conflict. I then called the head quarters and the technician is out sick. Im not sure which story was accurate but either way, calling earlier so I didnt have to make an effort to be home and meet them is the respectible thing to do. Why would you hire a team that is so hard to communicate with and doesnt value your time?

  The finished roof looks rough, some areas now collect water, and our concerns were never resolved — on top of contract and communication issues that felt very unprofessional for a $6,000 job. — We hired Guardian Roofing to fix an active leak above our dining room. The salesperson told us the job would include replacing the plywood on that roof section and installing a gutter downspout extension. We paid a $2,000 deposit on the spot. The contract was signed electronically, but we didn’t receive a copy for five days, despite being told it would be sent right away. During that time, the salesperson became unresponsive, and when we called the office, they initially had no record of our contract or deposit, which was extremely worrying. After the work was completed, we saw that the finish quality looked rough and that water was beginning to pool in several areas. Photos of the repair process clearly showed that only part of the plywood had been replaced, even though we had been told the full section would be addressed. When we raised these issues, the company pointed to the delayed contract copy — relying on wording that was incomplete or vague — to justify doing less than what had originally been described to us. Only after we pushed back, and the original salesperson acknowledged what he had said, did the company agree to install the gutter extension at no extra cost. Still, the whole process felt disorganized and unclear. The job required three separate visits, and even then, our main concerns with the finished work were never addressed. The seams and vent patches look very rough, with heavy, uneven adhesive that is clearly visible from inside our home and from our neighbor’s property. In several spots, rainwater now collects instead of draining properly. When we brought this up, we were told the work met their standards and, in their words, “we are not decorators,” and the discussion kept shifting to explanations about torch-down roofing instead of the quality of

  Though the estimator was kind and thorough, I was informed that the work was all or nothing. At the time I was not interested in gutters or chimney repair, I have since added this to my other estimates. I was quoted over $44,000 by guardian, yet $20 and under from other licensed, bonded, and warranted work by three other companies. They are upselling the same product and service I can get elsewhere.

  I had an issue of my gutters flowing over during the last 2 storms. Tech came out 11/7/25, and took about an hour and a half to look at my gutters along with my roof an chimney. A few days later, I get a call from the scheduler saying that the tech missed some items and needs to meet me "in person" for the quote. I said what where the questions and see no reason to meet again and take time off from work. Scheduler replied something scripted and did'nt answer my question. It's now 11/17/25, no returned call or email. What a waste of time. Too many hands in the pot that I can't get a returned call or a follow up system that does'nt work? And for me to check what's going on just tells me not to deal with them. If you look at the lower rated reviews, it looks like this is common. You lost me as a potential customer. Unacceptable and don't call me.

  Outstanding experience from day one. The communication and customer service were exceptional, and it was clear we were working with an experienced and professional team. Every detail of the project—from the initial consultation by Max to the scheduling of materials to installation and follow-up—was extremely well organized. The installation crew communicated clearly throughout the process. Provided us with arrival times, protected all of our plants and shrubs, kept the job site clean each day, and delivered excellent craftsmanship. Our 3,000-square-foot roof was completed in just two days, and the follow-up afterward was timely, thorough, and informative. Guardian is a truly well-run company that genuinely wants to become your trusted resource for roofing and insulation, not just another contractor or vendor.   Guardian Roofing is awesome to work with! Very knowledgeable. They found some problems that we didn't even know about that were necessary to be taken care of sooner rather than later. All the workers are very polite. Juan Vargas did a wonderful job!

  Henry did a very thorough job, cleaning our roof and repairing an area on the roof for us. He was on time, went over what he was going to do, got to work and did a great job. He cleaned up thoroughly afterward, then showed us pictures of the work he had done, making sure we were happy with the results. A+

  They came to remove the heavily moss cover from my house and garage. EXCELLENT WORK! There was a lot of clean up required to get my porch and deck cleaned up afterward. They did a complete job. My deck is cleaner than before they started. Kudos to them, ie Carlos and his coworker!
