-19 rating .. Dynamic Roofing and Exteriors (2020 ) March 17, 2022, we had several 3rd party contractors review the Dynamic roofing job and provide feedback. The consensus was this job was a complete mismanaged disaster and perhaps the worst workmanship that they have ever seen. For example, the roof trusses installed upside down, no vapor barrier and all the flat roof materials installed completely wrong. Management admitted the failure but still refuses to return $10k deposit or compensate for the damages, rebuild and repair of the house.

We apologise for the delay in having an opportunity to look at your eavestrough repair. You must know the current condition of your property. It is beyond what we are able to repair as an exterior renovation company. It is unfortunate that you are able to post a review publicly as you did. We disagree with what you have said. We wish you the best of luck with your continued search in finding a contractor capable and able to assist you.

I had a client who needed a roof quote urgently, and Dynamic Roofing absolutely delivered. I called them around 11:30 a.m., and by 12:30 p.m. they were already at the house doing the full roof evaluation. Talk about efficiency! Their quote also came in more competitive than several others we’d received. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication, responsiveness, and professionalism were top-tier. Great work, Dynamic Roofing I’d recommend you to anyone and everyone!

Great people to work with. Workers were polite and courteous. The clean up post job was immaculate. Pricing is reasonable and lower then the other companies.
