Zero stars. Filled out the form with complete address and need. They scheduled an estimate called me prior letting me know they were on their way then text me after the appointment time that I was too far out of their location so they weren’t showing up. I took time off of work for no reason when they very easily could have looked up my address and told me beforehand that they wouldn’t service my area. Only hour and a half away.

  Reply from the business

You are absolutely right—we should have reviewed your address before confirming the appointment. Informing you after the scheduled time, especially after you took time off work, was unacceptable. We sincerely apologize for failing to respect your time and for the inconvenience this caused.

Guiallas Roofing 5 Stars – where do I start? Well my old man was a lifetime roofer until the day he died, I started working with him when I was 8, so I know roofing better than most. We used to drive around and laugh at all the large roofing crews that had 90% of workers standing around picking dandelions. The Guiallas team is the opposite, everyone is working hard, non-stop, doing correct work to the T and installing top quality materials at a tasty price. I could not be happier with the whole process from estimate, to finished product, to getting the final check from the insurance company. We were already going through a stressful time, dealing with Tornado damage, Invasive Water Chesnut on the lake, and Great Black Wasp nests, we were pretty much pushed to the brink with projects and unexpected financial hits. We hit the nail on the head (pun intended) going with Guiallas Roofing. The roof – we got Onyx Black Owens Corning Architectural Shingles, the latest underlayment technologies with 2 runs of Ice and Water Shield, plywood replacement as needed, and seamless gutters (I haven’t had working gutters since I bought the house in 2014). Pricing – This was the best price of multiple estimates, but not one of those “too good to be true prices” that all those “hail damage” companies from out of town hit you with. I have to imagine the fact that everyone is working hard and not smoking a cig every 15 minutes, they are extremely efficient. As someone who works very hard myself, it was truly an honor watching the Guiallas crew work. Erika knows her stuff, I see why all the Google reviews mention her by name. She has technical expertise and elite customer service rolled together to make the whole process of having your roof done simple, touching all of the big details and little ancillary details (like an extra touch with the flashing to divert water into the gutter). Last minute, we hit her up to see if the crew would also put a roof on a new shed I just bui

Highly recommend Guaillas Roofing! Erika was fantastic to work with — very responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. She made the whole process easy to understand. The crew did a great job replacing my flat roofs, addressing drainage issues, and even fixing some hidden problems like rotted fascia. They worked efficiently and clearly take pride in their work. Everything looks great and I feel much better knowing it was done right. Would absolutely use them again.

Our experience with Guaillas roofing has been top notch right from first meeting them at the home show, very professional, friendly and addressed all our questions, was quick at providing an estimate. Erika came to our home and made us feel comfortable, provided us with an excellent quote, was prompt at returning calls and answering all our questions and got us on the schedule right away. The crew that came to do the job was very proficient, well skilled and meticulous, very hard working team and the roof is gorgeous. Having Guaillas roofing with Luis, Erika and crew at our home, made this experience totally stress free and comforting. We highly recommend Guaillas roofing. Thank you Martin & Debra H.
