  I spent over $40000 on a roof that started leaking leas than four years after installation. Fixed it once and it lasted one year. Leaking the same exact spot. Came out to fix it again with caulk and it’s still leaking. I would never use this roofer again. Their warranty isn’t worth the piece of paper it’s printed on. Be advised not to use this company. I need to pay another roofer to fix their mistakes. Only use this company if you want to through money away. Definitely 0 stars True. However it’s leaking the same place as before. Was told it was fixed from leaking the first time you came out and also fixed after the bat mitigation. Was told it’s not leaking where the bat mitigation was performed. Still leaking today. Tried many times to call the owner and the individual who came out to help. They did not respond for a month. until we texted the owners phone number which I had and they did not offer. They do not back up their work. Would not use this company. Be very careful. Would have liked to work with you but you never returned my calls, after multiple calls to your office and Carl. By the way ask Carl if he sent those pictures to me yet. He said he would send them after he fixed the roof which still was leaking a day after. Still waiting for those pictures. Avoid this roofer!!!

  Chad, we're sorry you're still experiencing an issue - that's never the outcome we want for any client. For clarity, your roof performed for several years without issue after installation. When you called us with a legitimate roof related issue we responded and corrected the issue quickly 4 years after install with no hesitation or other previous issues. The current leak began (over a year after the repair was made) after a third party bat mitigation system was installed, which required screwing through your roof system in many areas, and unfortunately damaged several vital areas of roof flashing. As outlined in our warranty, any alterations made by others can impact your coverage, as we can't guarantee work we didn't perform. That said, we've made multiple efforts to help, including returning to inspect the issue and offering to replace the damaged metal flashing at no cost in order to resolve the problem. We stand behind our workmanship, we have for years, and always aim to be fair and solution oriented, even in situations outside of our control. As communicated previously, we'd still be happy to work with you to get this fully resolved. Please feel free to reach out to our office so we can coordinate a proper fix.

  Just saw a Just In Time truck run a red light this morning into a school zone. Not just an "oops that was yellow" but speed up on purpose and run the red. Right on Hoffman Street in front of the school. I wouldn't want these guys working on MY house.

  Thanks for your review. Our firm always tries to be safe, both on the road and on the roofs, this must have been one of those split second decisions that we all have to make occasionally. We do appreciate the negative reviews too, without them we wouldn’t get better.

  I called this company for a quote on my roof. They sent a guy to take a look at it and estimate it. He came over, looked at my roof and said he would need to get his expert out here to look at it. 3 weeks later and nobody has shown up. I recieved a call from them asking if I had a chance to review his quote. The quote that they never did. In the mean time i have received 3 quotes from other companies in the area. Definitely not the way to run a business. Truly disappointed in their customer service.

  This was such a positive experience that when we need our barn done, I won't call anyone else. From them coming out and seeing the project, to picking out materials\colors in the showroom. Not to mention the crew was in and out in a single day and only left a single nail (which they spotted on the final walk around). Everything was a breeze. They answered every question, text and phone call. I recommend giving them a call if you're ever in need of roof help.

He and his team provided extremely timely, efficient and quality work with an attention to detail which I appreciate. It’s pretty rare anymore when a company actually does what they say they’re going to without having to hound them to do it. I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results.

  Thank you Matt, Carl and crew from Just in Time Roofing. From first contact, Matt was prompt and effective in providing an on-site inspection followed immediately by a detailed written estimate. Upon signing the contract Carl and his crew were onsite within days to complete the project to the highest of standards. All material around the jobsite was kept orderly and all scrap was discarded properly leaving us extremely pleased with the the entire process from start to finish. Our highest recommendation for Just in Time Roofing if you are seeking superior communication and project execution.
