  I hired JKS to build a handicap ramp, thinking this would be an easy project. The craftmanship was a horrible mess! Nails sticking out, boards cut to short. The contractor cut the corners so short he was scooping up sawdust and filling the corners with it. I had Jeremy come to the job site and it took a 45 minute argument for him to agree to change 3 boards that were in poor condition. The nail gun was set incorrectly so the nails are 3 inches deep in the wood leaving deep holes that must be filled before winter. I was promised the job would be done in 2 days it took a week. NOTHING WAS SWEPT OR CLEANED UP!! NAILS ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY AND IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE! Very poor workmanship and even worse management !! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! I can only imagine what they would doo to my roof!

  I had an excellent experience with JKS Roofing from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure was comfortable with the process. The quality of their work is outstanding - my roof looks amazing and I can tell they use high-quality materials. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and finished on schedule.
