  I feel as if this company may have bought fake Google reviews because they almost seem non-existent. Very poor customer service. Called over 5 times at this point to get an update on the roofer who came to check my porch and completely ghosted. Roofer asked to send the video, I did. Zero response. Called the office, no response. No call backs.

  I’m sorry this is how you feel. Considering you didn’t get any services from us. The only guarantee you get from us on a free repair estimate is to receive it within 3 business days which I know for a fact my staff called you with no reply on the third day after of course you left this terrible review of our company. You’re entitled to your opinion and we take accountability for not being timely enough for you. If you were a little more patient I’m sure this is not the kind of review you would have left. Hopefully you find a company that can accommodate you. As far as our reviews this will always be here just like all of our organically given reviews from our customer’s experiences.

  Terrible company, paid them $2,000 to do flashing for my chimney and they absolutely botched it and made my leaks worse. After complaining nobody ever came back out to fix it, now 2 years later I'm having to have it all redone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS.

  What a rip-off! We were charge $350 for a "roof inspection" when we asked for a bid on a what a new roof would cost on a house that we are trying to purchase. They took our money on May 24th but never sent us the report until May 31st, which put us beyond the inspection date in the real estate contract. The only thing in the bid was for a $1,500 repair and it stated that the roof would need to be replaced in 2-4 years. We already knew the roof needs to be replaced because of 2 previous inspections. We needed a bid on a new roof install in a timely manner so that we could decide whether or not we would purchase the house. They did not give us the information that we paid for in a timely manner. Today, I go on their website, and it states "free-estimates for bids" so why was I charged $350 for a worthless report??!!! You are a rip-off.

  Hello, Sharon I’m sorry you feel this way but we were very clear that we do not supply free estimates as a company for people who are not the homeowner. Especially estimates that have anything to do with leveraging sales for realtors or buyers. You were not our customer the homeowner was the one that requested a roof inspection so that’s what we provided a detailed inspection. Also what it would take to fix to get the 2-4 years out of this existing roof system. This was not a formal bid on the inspection report just an average cost to repair the existing issues. As a company we take protecting our clients personal information very seriously. So when your realtor continuously email’s us requesting a quote with no word from our existing client and homeowner of course we would not supply this information. If we even had any contact from you requesting a quote. Yes we would have charged you because your not the homeowner. You did not supply us with any payments on our end. The check was supplied by the homeowner as was the request for an inspection report. So this sounds to be like your the only one trying to rip someone off. If you already had 2 previous bids or inspection why was ours so pivotal.

  Had a guy come out and do an estimate on our newly purchased home. He was supposed to be there at 1. I was called and notified he's running an hour late, no big deal. Communicating that is great. 2 and a half hours later though, he finally shows up. Spent a few minutes going over what I was looking for and said he'd get the estimate back to me in a week. 3 months and 6 phone calls later and I have still not received my estimate. I can't speak for their actual work because it is never going to happen. But don't hold your breath waiting for this company to get back to you on anything.

  These guys at Fenix roofing did a great job over at my place. Price was right too. They were quick and professional. Any roof problems I'll be calling them again. Recommending to friends as well now because of the quality experience they provided.

  Appreciated the communication about any problems found and the professionalism of the crew. At the end of the day they cleaned everything so you wouldn’t even know they were there and at the end of the job. Very pleased with the experience I had and would highly recommend them.

  Everyone I worked with at Fenix was professional and kind. The work was superb and they took all the extra steps. They left the work site cleaner then when they arrived. Highly recommend Fenix for all your roofing needs.

  Fortunate to have Charles and his crew repair and transform our home. Charles was there daily and they stayed on the job until complete. They take great pride in all that they do, from demolition, to daily clean-up, and sharing our vision for the rebuild. Would recommend Fenix without any reservations.

  Huge shout out, and thanks to Fenix Roofing and their great staff. From getting a very reasonable estimate from Charles, signing the contract with Tina, and the outstanding work of Ray, Cory, and the impressive team of workers, every detail was trouble-free. They tore off and re-roofed our 2-story house and porches, installed new gutters and downspouts, and constructed a new over hang above our side entrance door. And all in one day! My wife and I were amazed by the quality, speed, craftsmanship, and the efficiency of the crew. When they left that afternoon, it was like they were never there. With the exception of leaving us with a marvelous looking new roof and additions, the yard was spotless. I highly recommend them for your roofing projects. Thanks again for the outstanding service. We are very pleased with the outcome 😊

  Your project was very difficult, yet came out amazing!! Not many people get to experience tearing off a tar and gravel system and then installing a lifetime asphalt shingle.
