  Initially were very happy with the work performed. We even declined the $500 discount coupon Scott offered. However, when Scott was unable to get supplemental re-imbursements from the insurance company his service stopped. He refused to call Owens Corning (OC) and provide the 10-year workmanship warranty explicitly included in the contract. 2 years later as we were putting our home on the market, we discovered the OC DeckSeal product installed on our porch roof had failed and Owens Corning determined it was an installation failure. Neither Scott nor his installation crew understood that because the product was installed on a roof pitch greater that 1:12 the cap sheet must be nailed every 12 inches. With GriffIntegrity not responding to our phone call we had no choice but to hire another company to repair the roof at a cost of $3,800. We won our small claims case against GriffIntegrity. In spite of going through extensive efforts to collect we could not collect anything. Scott has denied any responsibility for the failure to follow the manufactures installation requirements. If you choose to do business with GriffIntegrity my suggestion is to make sure every aspect of your contract is fulfilled before making the final payment.

  Let’s clear up some false information. First and foremost, what we were declined by insurance was payment for the actual low pitch roofing system, which Mr fosse would have been responsible for paying, since he insisted it be installed, even if insurance didn’t pay. So we were never paid for that portion of the service. As per the warranty, the 10 year warranty was from our company, which we weren’t given the chance to service. The OWENS Corning portion is lifetime after our first 10 years NO LEAK! As per the install, the reason Owens Corning didn’t cover it, because Deck Seal was not on market yet when your install took place so it was actually GAF Liberty, which we could have loved to explain and help with warranty had we been given the opportunity, however Mr Fosse refused to contact us and let us handle our warranty because he still owed us money. we were never given the opportunity to service our warranty. Also NEVER would you put nails through a Modified Bitumen Low pitch roofing system , such as peel-and stick, NO NAIL APPLICATION!! Someone lied to you. We are very aware of how to install, which your message says we needed nails. This is false. you only won the claim because this was when Covid was rampant and the middle of the pandemic, and after answering the summons with a counter claim, we as a family got Covid and wife was hospitalized for a week with double pneumonia , on oxygen and didn’t get the court date until after it was over . We strive for customer satisfaction and bend over backwards to make sure our customers are happy. if we had been given the right to service our warranty we would have gladly fixed the issue to make the customer happy, but will not take responsibility for another company overcharging and giving wrong information like putting nails in a modified bitumen peel-and-stick, glue down, low pitch system that isn’t supposed to have nails in it AT ALL!

  Came out and gave me an estimate. And 3 weeks later haven't heard a word. No quote on paper or returned call. Could have just told me he didn't want the job and I wouldn't have waited. Will not use. But the way contractors work these days they just go after easy money.

We have been severely short handed, so if we didn’t make it back to a Customer we whole heartedly apologize as we appreciate all our customers.   Scott and his team go above and beyond to be sure your repair is better than it was before. Scott worked back and forth with our insurance to make sure we got good quality products for our home repair. He explained everything he was doing and was super easy to talk to. I highly recommend Scott and his team.

  A bad hailstorm left our roof looking like it had craters! Griffintegrity was recommended by a neighbor, and I'm so glad I called. Scott came out the same day and helped us deal with the insurance company. Marc worked like a well-oiled machine. They stripped off the old shingles super-fast, and the new ones look great. They even replaced a few damaged vents covers without me even asking. A+ for responsiveness, communication, and overall awesomeness!

  Absolutely loving the Asphalt Shingle Roofing that Parker and his crew did for us. They installed it effectively and thankfully, it was affordable as well. The asphalt shingles provide adequate protection to our house from rains! We’re glad that we went with them!

  Turning my basement into a penthouse was a good idea, but these folks pulled it off. They carefully removed the old popcorn ceiling and installed recessed lighting that makes it feel spacious. The roof repairs were top-notch, and my home looked very beautiful. Seriously impressed!

  I worked with James H. In getting my roof replaced due to storm damage. James showed up to evaluate the roof, he came back when the insurance inspector came and he came back when there was more video needed. The team showed up on time and worked the entire day to ensure the job was done in one day. James H. Was onsite the entire day to ensure all went as planned and to ensure the team didn’t need anything. This has been a GREAT experience all around. While it took time James made sure I was in the loop every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company and James.
