  Not the best experience for a quote, they claim to have the best service and pricing up here but not true, there very pushy on why should get the service with them, they try and convince you every one up here is going to rip you off , Wich is not true I’d say do some research there are very good and I mean very good roofing company’s insured and bonded up here much more very affordable, not happy with GrandCanyon Roofing inc for a quote,

  Save your time and money.. they never respond and can never keep there word. I've had you guys repair my roof and I still had a leak. I was guarantee a warranty and when I contact you guys , you guys never came through.

  I regret to say that my experience with Grand Canon Roofing Company has been far from satisfactory, particularly when observing the issues my neighbor has encountered. Over several projects, it has become clear that this company struggles to deliver the quality and service one would expect from a professional roofing contractor. Consistent Issues My neighbor hired Grand Canon Roofing multiple times for various roofing repairs, and each experience has been fraught with problems. Here are some specific issues that have arisen: Poor Workmanship: Each time the company completed a job, it seemed to be done hastily and without the attention to detail necessary for long-lasting repairs. For example, shingles were improperly aligned, leading to leaks shortly after the work was completed. Communication Problems: Throughout the projects, my neighbor faced significant challenges when trying to communicate with the company. Calls and messages often went unanswered, leaving my neighbor in the dark about project timelines and updates. Debris Management: The most alarming incident occurred during the most recent repair. After the crew finished their work, they left roofing debris littered across my neighbor's property and, more importantly, on my solar panels. This lack of care demonstrated a clear disregard for property and safety. Unprofessional Behavior When I addressed the debris issue with Grand Canon Roofing, the response was disappointing. Instead of taking accountability and offering a solution, the staff were dismissive and rude. Their unwillingness to engage in a constructive dialogue about the problem was both frustrating and disheartening. Conclusion In conclusion, my observations of Grand Canon Roofing Company have led me to believe that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or quality work. If you are considering hiring them for roofing services, I highly recommend seeking alternatives. There are many other roofing companies that uphold a higher standard

  I met with Luis at Grand Canyon Roofing several times to discuss my roofing issues. I appreciate his honesty and opinions he offered for my roof. His explanation on products and warranty information was the deciding factor on why I chose Grand Canyon Roofing. The project was completed in less than a week. Great experience and communication.   Great experience from start to finish! Upon meeting with Luis on day one, his quote beat (2) other roofing companies' estimates. It wasn't only the price; it was his WORD, his presentation. He was well prepared. He is a truthful and honest man! Kelvin did a great job overseeing the crew, and they did a great job installing the roof. They were very detail-oriented, worked quickly, and cleaned up every last bit of debris. Highly recommended!

  My experience with Grand Canyon Roofing for the replacement of my roof has been perfect. First, Luis came within a day or two to assess my roof and give an estimate. He took ample photos and created a dossier with them. It was integrated with a detailed estimate and sent by email. When ready to do the project, I their large, experienced crew, managed by Kelvin, finished the job in just two long days of work. Kelvin is a true gentleman and was very clear when I asked him many things about the work. He was also very good at responding to texts and sending them to keep me informed about plans and their changes (e.g., delays due to rain). All the workers were careful with the removal of old roof material, and with cleanup at the end of each day. Finally, I contracted with GCR for gutter replacement as well and this was done in a few hours on a Saturday morning. I am very happy with my new black gutters. Altogether, I do not think that this moderately stressful renovation could have gone more smoothly.

  Flawless experience from proposal to finished tile roof! After obtaining numerous quotes from local licensed roofing contractors we decided to hire Grand Canyon Roofing. Why? 1.) Price competitive 2.) Contract included cost of Permits 3.) Family owned 4.) Licensed and Insured 5.) Professional presentation both verbal and written- included before and after photos of our roof via drone. 6.) Price included replacement of three pieces of plywood if needed 7.) My Sales Person, Robert, included for no charge a short piece of gutter that builder had never put on the house. 8.) Robert drove to my house on a Saturday to bring us six different colors of tile (some that we selected from a brochure and some he selected) for us to choose from. That’s service! Now for the workers. Donovan got there really early to get things ready and once everyone arrived it was like a ballet— everyone had a job to do and did it with ease- quickly and efficiently!! They removed my entire cement tile roof in one day! My house is a two story- 1600 square feet. The rest came off the next day. Then it had to be inspected by the City of Simi Valley. After their sign off, the tiles were delivered and the team got to work installing those in about a day and a half. These guys are quick! After all the tiles, flashings, etc were completed, we got the final sign off on the Permit from the City. I should note that this team also seals/caps the ends so birds and rodents don’t get in, too. Kelvin was the Project Manager and did a great job with his team. I should also note that they speak English. I know sometimes that can be a concern. If you are looking for a dependable company, you’ve found them.
