I’ve referred Chris Farias with Graduate Roofing Contractors of San Marcos to many people over the years, and he has always come through. In an industry where trust matters, Chris is one of the few roofers I confidently recommend. He communicates clearly, stands behind his work, and takes care of his clients. If you’re in San Marcos and need roofing help, Chris is the guy to call. Highly recommend.

We had our roof inspected after the recent hail storm and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect every detail and clearly explained what he was seeing without any pressure or sales tactics. What we appreciated most was his honesty and transparency. He walked us through all of our options, explained what truly needed attention and what didn’t, and made sure we understood everything before making any decisions. It’s rare to find someone who prioritizes integrity over making a quick sale. If you’re looking for a roofer who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely has your best interest in mind, we could not recommend them enough

My home had been affected by a hail storm 2 years in a row. The first year, from Graduate Contracting and Chris came out do to a free inspection. Since our car parked outside showed hail damage, I just assumed our roof was also damaged. To my surprise, Chris said my roof was just fine! The next year I wasn't so lucky, unfortunatelly. Several of my neighbors's homes also were damaged by the same storm. I called Chris again. He showed me pictures he took while inspecting my roof, gave me advice on how to move forward. They replaced the entire roof in less than 1 day. Left everything so clean, not a single nail was found on ground after they left. The most amazing part was the help I received from Chris all during the entire process in dealing wiht the insurance. My insurance adjustor and their team became really hard to deal with. The numbers were not adding up to what they were suposed to pay. Chris went to bat for me, got on the phone with them several times. It wasn't not easy, but he helped me get everything paid by the insurance correctly. Its been 2 years and my roof still looks great, there are no leaks, no roof tiles are flying off due to poor installation, all looks great. I hope I don't need to have my roof replace again anytime soon. But, if I do, I know exactly who to call and I highly recommend anyone needed an honest inspection or their roof repacled, give Chris a call. He'll take care of you !

We live in New Braunfels and have had Graduate Roofing come inspect our roof twice after high winds or hail. Both times Chris Farias told us everything looked good. He pointed out a couple of cosmetic things that could be done, but in short he found nothing that required repair. I really appreciate that honesty and integrity. We won't consider anyone else but Graduate Roofing Contractors to repair our roof when the time comes.
