  Hi Lindsay, First and foremost, we apologize for the lengthy delay in providing an installation date for your job. Unfortunately, in our industry timelines can sometimes grow to be lengthy due to circumstances out of our control; Mainly, the eavestrough coil being a specialty order product and there were still supply chain issues happening due to the affects from Covid, we were significantly delayed in getting the eavestrough coil of your job but we could have done a better job keeping you up to date. It is also worth noting that you had been trying to contact GoldHill for an installation date through the sales representative that you had singed the contract with and unfortunately, he was no longer with GoldHill which is why you weren't receiving any calls back. When the office were made aware of this, we looked into right away and did provide an installation date. On March 13th, 2023, we offered an installation date for the following Monday, March 20th, 2023, to which both you and your husband refused to respond. Furthermore, we offered to drop off the material at your property as it was was a special order product and could not be returned. The cost of the material for your job was more than the deposit paid and you didn't respond to us regarding that either. As you can see, we did try and rectify the issue in both providing you an installation date or providing you with the material that was ordered for your job. We are sorry this didn't go the way we all wanted the project to go.

  HI Christine, Thank you for the feedback on your experience, as we can use this type of feedback to improve in the future. As for the animals entering the attic space and using it in a review vs us is a bit unfair, as we have no control over animals entering your attic space. It is unfortunate that it happened and we apologize that the person we referred you to never called you back but at that point, there is not much else that GoldHill could do for you. We hope you have had the issue resolved.

  Venting was not completed per conversation and email. All the bad plywood was not replaced. First rain after the roof was completed rain came in and I now have carpeting to replace.

  Hi Sheila, I am sorry you were not happy with the installation of your townhome. The venting as shown to you at your post inspection was completed as per the contract. The additional venting you wanted completed need to be done by an HVAC company, which GoldHill is not. That is very clearly documented in all of our literature, website and contracts with terms and conditions. The rain that came in afterwards was due to the downspout coming off after it had been securely put back on, came loose. We assume this was due to the storm and we returned and secured it again. The leak was into the garage area of your house and we offered to replace anything that was damaged and you informed myself that you did not wish to see us again. As for the roof deck itself, it had some older water staining on it(from the previous shingles deteriorating) but was not soft and did not have mould on it. In these cases, we wouldn't recommend replacement. That said, we charge for wood replacement and we are running a business so it does not make sense that we wouldn't want to charge you for additional work. Again, we tried to go above and beyond for you and your row of neighbours and I am sorry we couldn't meet your expectations of what you wanted done vs what was sold to you on your contract.

  From end-to-end GoldHill provided a seamless service. The consultation was informative and fair without the air of upselling or fear-mongering into upgrades, as many of the other quotes we got had. The crews worked hard and amongst the chaos still kept things neat and never got in our way. The weather caused some delays but the crews worked over the weekend to make up for it, which we weren’t expecting and appreciate greatly. Our house looks amazing, highly recommend!

  We have just had our siding replaced on our home, and are extremely pleased with the results. Scott was a pleasure to deal with , and the team who came out to work on our home were amazing…….In fact, our neighbours even commented on how terrific the guys were. We would highly recommend GoldHill….in fact they are now replacing our front door!!
