  This company has been such a waste of time & money. I hired them in April to fix a leak in my sunroom. They were not detailed & did not diagnose the problem properly. I paid $750 & I still have a leak in my sunroom almost 4 months later. The leak has caused more ceiling damage while waiting for Golden to come out & look at it again & again. Owner wants me to give him more money to fix it. Rather than focusing on the leak they didn’t fix, he was more concerned about contacting our insurance to file a claim so he can get more money. They didn’t coordinate a date & time with me to do the work. The worker just showed up unexpectedly & said “do you want me to do it or not?” after I questioned why wasn’t I notified he was coming. The worker was apologetic about not fixing the leak so he said he’d come back & resolve the issue at no additional cost. He’s no longer with the company, so now I’m at a loss. I’d recommend working with a company that will take the time to properly inspect your issues & fix it right the first time! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  We addressed the original issue and corrected the roof leak that was covered under our contract. During our inspection, we discovered a second leak that was unrelated to the work we were contracted to perform. Our findings showed that this leak was caused by a separate issue involving your gutters, not your roof. Our only offer beyond the original scope of work was to assist you with the insurance supplement process in hopes of helping you obtain additional funds to repair the gutter issue. At no point would those additional funds have been directed toward Golden Roofing or resulted in any additional payment to us. However, you informed us that you did not want us to take any further action regarding the matter. At Golden Roofing, we are sincerely sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations by performing work beyond the scope of our signed contract without additional payment. We also apologize that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We value all customer feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we continue working to improve our company and the service we provide for every customer.

  The only thing that was on the contract was the roof. The ex-salesman made a deal with you to replace the fascia, not Golden Roofing. We had no idea this took place. I sent my maintenance guy to do whatever was going to make you happy, and you told him that nothing we do is going to make you happy. I suggest you take this up with the former employee because that's who you paid. Golden Roofing didn't receive a dime for the repair.

  Called to get estimate on my roof. The guy that called me back was only interested in my insurance information, not giving me an estimate. I told him he could not give me an estimate I would seek estimate from other companies. He was very rude would not do business with this company.

  Jake was outstanding to work with! He helped us every step of the way with our roof replacement and walked us through the entire insurance process, making everything simple and stress-free.   I would just like to say we had a new roof put on our house about 6 mths. ago by Golden Roofing. They installed the architectural shingles. I am glad to tell you that since we had this type shingle pur on our house they helped tremendously with the heating and cooling of our home. We have noticed a difference in the temperature in our home as the seasons changed. We have noticed a change is our electric bills. . Thank you Golden Roofing , we recommend you to all our friends.
