Very sketchy! Do not recommend! They put in a brand new roof but it's very leaky. We've been calling them for over a year, and they don't answer. We call with a different number, they'll answer then say they will call back but never do. They are unprofessional and do a bad job.

Disorganized, unprofessional and they don't stand by their "30 year warranty on parts, and 10 year labor warranty". G.L. Roofing Ltd. replaced our roof April 2022. I’ve had multiple leaks on different spots since. I currently had a huge leak on my roof. Contacted company May 21, 2024 and provided them with a picture of damages. They said they would come out May 22,2024, but never did. We tried to address with owner Gurpal Lally on May 23, 2024 after 4 follow-up calls (3 from me, 1 from my wife)  without any response from Gurpal. We called with another phone number an immediately he answered. Upon addressing these concerns with company owner/president Gurpal Lally, he displayed a lack of accountability and was uncooperative in rectifying the situation by responding "I'm not coming to repair your roof and stop calling me". I had to pay another company to fix something they didn't catch. The other company confirmed it was something G.L. Roofing Ltd. missed. In our unfortunate experience, G.L. Roofing Ltd. did an incredibly poor job with the installation of our roof. They failed to properly install the roof by omitting underlayment, falsely claiming it was put in place. Additionally, they left old shingles in place and layered new ones on top, resulting in a plethora of issues including broken and rotten plywood which were concealed from us initially. I was disappointed in the customer service received, sadly expectations from this company weren't met. Would not recommend this company to an enemy.

If they didn't want the job, why did they say they would do it? Nothing is more frustrating than a company that says they'll come do the job, and then don't show up. Repeatedly. This morning, the Manager was to come and "make it right" but …

Gurpal and Jeevan were recommended to us by our realtor. They were both professional for the inspection/advice on the roof and work needing to be done, as well as flexible with scheduling. We were happy with their quick and efficient work as well, they provided us with a simple reseal and cleaning of our roof.

Very professional and very polite roofers. Finished the job in 2 days. I'm very happy with their quality of work and also how well they cleaned up everything when finished. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.

GL roofing provided a fair quote with a quick turn around time as had an old leaking roof. They did a great job on the replacement and cleanup. They even installed and included all new gutter down pipes that I didn't expect. Thank you.

It was a genuine pleasure dealing with Gurpal and his crew when getting our new roof last November. From quote to clean-up, navigating stormy weather to heavy frosts, they handled the job with aplomb, working to deadline as promised, and at a very reasonable price. Gurpal is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and has a uniquely relaxed and respectful demeanour. Highly recommended.
