  Hello Ray Charles, You called me, and I came back to take a look at the leak you had. I inspected where the leak was and noticed there was a dead chimney. They knocked out the chimney from inside but didn’t knock it down from the outside. For the hole on the chimney, I recommended that you put a chimney cap and waterproof the brick chimney to ensure everything is waterproof and doesn’t leak. What you wrote in the comment is wrong. I never told you to flash it around. The guy who did the construction didn’t do a good job. He was supposed to knock it down outside as well, close the hole with plywood, and rubberize around the plywood. My guarantee didn’t cover the chimney. I gave you a price to do the job, but you never did the job. Now you are writing me a complaint. I explained that day everything that needed to get done; why are you writing a bad review? I came, I inspected, I explained! The problem is not from the roofing job but from the chimney and bad construction contractor. That construction contractor should’ve never left the chimney like that.

  Hello, Chris. I just saw your review. This is Gino from Gino’s Roofing. I gave you a guarantee on the roof, not the old gutters and leaders. That is why the squirrels are going in. You called me last week, and I explained everything and all your questions. You were satisfied, and we left on a good note. Now, you leave a bad review; what's going on with you? You called me the first time, and you told me that the squirrels were going into the house. So, what we did for you was we removed the roof down to the wood. We replaced all the rotted wood with new plywood. We installed a new 30-year timberline roofing shingle. Also, we cleaned the gutters and installed aluminum screens on the gutter. That is what we did for you. Now, the problem is you must remove the gutters because the squirrels are breaking in through the gutters. They probably break the screens and go through the gutters because you have rotted fascia. You need to remove the gutters, the aluminum capping, the soffits, and the facia board all around the house and start everything new. New channel, new soffit, new facia 1x6, aluminum capping on the facia, new gutters, new leaders, and screens on the gutters. This is what will solve your problem. I didn’t do new gutters and a new facia board, so the squirrels are still coming in. As I told you, I do everything step by step, and I do everything right. If you are interested in doing this job, call me, and we’ll get it done.

  Gino was very professional. He came to give me an estimate right away. The work was completed as promise. They cleaned up after the job was done. They did a wonderful job replacing my roof. I recommend him if you are in need of a roof repair or replacement.

  Gino is a true professional. He came and gave a reasonable estimate and explained everything they would do in detail. They were on time, professional, neat and finished the job in two days. Gino oversaw the whole job and made sure everything was done correctly. I couldn't have asked for a better job and would highly recommend Gino and his team of workers.
