  This company does not care about accountability. One of their blue and white trucks with the "Global Roofing and Siding" written on it cut my mom off this morning and side swiped her car at approximately 11:30am between exit 11 and exit 12 on I-278. According to my mom, the truck was on the shoulder and rushed to cut her off, side swiping the front passenger side of her vehicle. When she honked at the truck, she said the truck sped off. When we called the company, Mike Marino was very quick to say none of their trucks were on the road, and hung up on us. I find it hard to believe on a Wednesday noon time that he instantly knew that none of his drivers were on the road. My mom saw their logo and company name on the truck. We had never heard of this company before we had to look it up. Do to their response to, this is not a company I would want to do business with or recommend to anyone. I understand there may be people who would make up a story but my mom is a 70 year old retired nurse who knows what she saw and Mike didn’t even try to look into it before discounting the possibility. They could have offered at the least to inspect all their vehicles to see if one of them had scratch marks on the left side, but instead, they decided to call several times to harass me at home and at work after leaving this review. We are filing a police report. It would have gone a long way if someone had just acted like they cared.

  Very bad just received phone call for free estimate for siding on my house he just ask me for my address and on the phone give me very high price I expect he should come to see what we need to be done and to explain. I don't know how they have 5 stars. The rate is 1

  Yes you received a price over the phone for your siding , you stated you needed in writing for your insurance company along with everyone else , when you want a written estimate it cost $75.00 , like it was explained to you in great detail numerous times . You did not want to pay the $75.00 so I still as kind as I am and as busy as I am witch is why I have 5 Stars still quoted you a price . I’m sorry my price was not to your budget as either was the $75.00 written estimate , perhaps you should reconsider owning a home , just a suggestion. So when you want to leave someone a review with 1 Star for a service you could not afford , rather focus on trying to go out and make that money to be able to afford what you need done for your home , or better yet since you have so much time to write a review why don’t you learn something perhaps a trade so you can not have to spend your money on written estimates and maintenance. Bless your soul and be well . Also anyone reading this yes we charge $75.00 for a written estimate , verbal estimates and in person estimates are FREE. Thank you , Global Roofing & Siding #1 Always

  We made an appointment for Monday between 9am and 10am. 10am Monday past and they were a no show and no call.

  Fast and reliable. Would use their services again and highly recommend. Had a gas vent that blew off the roof and they sent someone to have it put back same day in less than 2 hours.

  I called Monday afternoon for a problem I had regarding my roof, Thursday morning I was scheduled for a consultation, and by Friday morning my issue was fixed. Everything was done so quickly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend their services.

  I recently hired Global Roofing and Siding of Staten Island, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From start to finish, Anthony and his team were professional, responsive, and highly organized. Anthony kept me informed every step of the way, which made a big difference. There were no surprises—just clear communication and follow-through. The quality of the work itself was excellent, and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Just as important, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up after the project was completed. The property was left in great shape, which is something many contractors overlook. On top of all that, their pricing was very competitive and fair for the level of service and quality delivered.   I couldn’t have asked for a better roofing company to deal with. Everything was done properly and professionally. The staff is also top notch. This company is highly recommended because it is rare these days to do business with a company with such ease. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Anthony.

  They did a great job! They fixed a leak, the roof was on the older side, but they didn’t push to redo the whole thing, they removed all the snow off the roof and patched the holes the next day, in a few hours. They were very nice and the price was reasonable.
