We first reached out to George & Sons Roof Architecture for a gutter cleaning estimate. Brayden arrived quickly, gave us a fair quote, and also explained the option of adding gutter guards. He was honest that the guards are not fully maintenance free, but said they would greatly cut down how often we would need gutter cleaning and roofline debris removal. The pricing was very reasonable, and the gutter service was scheduled for the very next day. Tracy and the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished the job on our home within just a few hours. They cleaned up well afterward, were professional and easy to talk to, and even pointed out a few helpful things about our roofing system, drainage, and gutters that we had not noticed before. After a strong rain, we saw a little water dripping near the porch overhang and were worried it might be related to the new gutter guards. We contacted them, and they made our concern a priority. Brayden came back promptly, inspected the area carefully, and found that the issue was actually tied to weak spots in the way the metal roofing had been installed before. They went above and beyond by sealing the problem areas to help stop water from getting under the roof panels until permanent roof repairs could be handled. From the original gutter cleaning to the follow-up support, the whole experience was excellent. They did quality roofing and gutter work, responded quickly, and showed real care for making sure everything worked properly. We truly appreciated the extra effort and would gladly recommend them for gutter and roof-related services.

After a storm left our roof needing repair, I was having a hard time finding a reliable roofer and did not know who to call. I got a referral and reached out, and Tracy answered right away in a very professional and friendly manner. Tracy scheduled a time to inspect the roof and provide an estimate. As seniors on a limited income, we were worried about the insurance claim and whether the full roofing repairs would be covered. Tracy walked us through the whole insurance process, explained what the adjusters had documented, and gave us peace of mind that the necessary roof work was included. That extra help made a stressful situation much easier. Once the job was scheduled, the roofing crew arrived on time and got right to work. We were told the roof repair and replacement work could take two days, but they finished in about a day and a half. The crew did excellent work, installed new roof vents, and left us with a beautiful roof. They also cleaned up all the old materials and debris, so everything looked neat when the job was done. Because the experience was so smooth and the workmanship was so solid, we also decided to move forward with additional repairs on our barn roof. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. This is a roofing company you can trust for honest guidance, quality roof repairs, and dependable service. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

My elderly mother hired them for a small roof repair that was needed. The roofing work was finished within the promised timeframe, and the price was fair and competitive. Another roofer stopped by soon after and tried to sell her a full roof replacement, but when we asked for a second opinion, Tracy and Brayden were honest and explained that her existing roof still had a few good years left with proper maintenance. They took the time to inspect everything carefully, answer our questions clearly, and never pushed extra work that was not needed. We really value their professionalism, honesty, and dependable roofing service. They are a great part of the community, and we highly recommend them.

Having your home opened up and repaired can be stressful, especially when a roof leak starts affecting areas inside the house. I used George & Sons Roof Architecture for two major repair projects over time, and both experiences ended very well. The first issue started when a leak showed up on my family room ceiling, and the source had to be traced and repaired. The crew removed damaged materials, made the needed structural and waterproofing repairs, and handled the work in a professional way. They also replaced drains in both bathroom areas. One was a simple repair, while the other required ceiling access from below to reach the drain line and complete the fix correctly. After the work was finished, the ceiling repair and paint looked clean and blended in nicely. The second project involved a leaking roof over my screened porch near the chimney area. Roof leaks around flashing and chimney sections can be difficult to pinpoint, but the team stayed with it, honored their warranty, and made sure the problem was fully corrected. Larger sections of the porch roof and chimney area were carefully taken apart, rebuilt, and sealed properly. I’m happy to say the leaks are gone. I was very pleased with the crews who handled both jobs. Tracy and Brayden were respectful, professional, and careful with my home throughout the process. They communicated clearly, answered questions, and treated me and my property with real courtesy. The whole experience showed strong workmanship, solid follow-through, and dependable roofing service.

If i could give 6 stars, i would. i called Brayden and explained our roofing issue after waiting far too long for other contractors to even schedule an estimate. George & Sons Roof Architecture made time right away, came out the same day to inspect the roof, explained the problem in simple terms, and provided a clear estimate on the spot. The next day, Tracy completed the roof repair, cleaned the gutters, and fixed a few gutter trouble spots that were affecting drainage in the heat and dry weather. The price was fair, the workmanship was solid, and the whole process was fast, professional, and stress-free. We were impressed by the quick response, quality roofing work, and honest communication. Highly recommend for roof repair and gutter service.

such a great roofing experience, i would highly recommend them. we called a roofer when our roof started leaking, and since it was older, we were worried it might need a full roof replacement. tracy came out to our home in san bernardino, took photos, checked measurements, and inspected the shingles, flashing, and overall roof condition. i was really happy that we got a quote right away, because it saved a lot of back-and-forth and made the whole process much easier. tracy sat down with me, explained the inspection photos clearly, walked me through the roofing process, and reviewed the pricing in simple terms. i appreciated being able to see exactly what shape the roof was in and what work was needed. we had spoken with several other roofing contractors, and brayden stood out the most. he was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pushy. after discussing everything with my husband, we felt confident moving forward right away. they understood our leak situation and got us on the schedule quickly, which helped us coordinate interior ceiling repairs without delay. the crew arrived early on the agreed date and got started right away. they worked efficiently, stayed on schedule, and handled the roofing job professionally from tear-off to cleanup. i was a little concerned about debris and nails around the yard and driveway, but they did a very careful cleanup at the end. one of the crew members took extra time using a magnet over the area, and we have not found a single nail. everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. the new roof looks amazing, improves the look of the house, and gives us peace of mind knowing it is ready for the hot san bernardino weather. we are very happy with the quality of the workmanship, the communication, and the overall service.

my roofing experience was eventful but professional from start to finish. the roof inspection, estimate, and insurance support all felt smooth and easy to follow. communication stayed consistent, and the crew kept me updated through each step of the roofing process. the roof installation was completed quickly with very little disruption, and the workmanship looked solid. there was one issue when the gutters on one side of my home were removed during the job, but it was handled in a helpful and professional way. i contacted the office and spoke with tracy about my concern. tracy took the time to listen, explained how gutter removal can happen during certain roofing projects, and made sure i felt heard. she understood my frustration and was very helpful throughout the process. tracy then coordinated with brayden to get the gutter situation corrected, and together they worked quickly to make things right. i really appreciated how responsive and respectful everyone was. it showed they cared about customer service as much as the quality of the roof work. in san bernardino, where strong sun and heat can wear down roofing materials over time, it was great to work with a team that understood both roofing and gutter needs. overall, i am very thankful for the experience, and i would gladly use this roofing company again.
