We needed a new roof because our home was getting older, so we contacted a local roofing company and heard back right away. My wife and I both work long hours, but Matthew was very flexible and made the whole roofing process easy to fit into our schedule. He had already completed roof work on several homes in our area, so he understood the HOA requirements and helped everything move smoothly without delays. The new roof looks excellent and was upgraded to current standards, which gave us a lot of peace of mind with the Florida heat, sun, and heavy rain. The crew was professional, kept the job site clean, and paid attention to the details from start to finish. It was also a nice bonus that our gutters were cleaned out as part of the service. Overall, the entire experience was simple, efficient, and better than we expected.

We were very happy with the reroofing work on our home. After getting several estimates, this roofing company gave us the best value for the money. The GAF shingles, strong manufacturer and workmanship warranty, and the overall quality of the roof install made the choice easy. robert was very communicative from the moment i asked for an estimate through the final invoice, inspection, and wind mitigation paperwork. He replied quickly by email, text, and phone, which made the whole roofing process smooth and stress free. The crew of 8 was friendly, respectful, and very hard working. They showed up early, got started right away, and stayed focused until the job was done. The work was completed efficiently, and the attention to detail on the new roof was easy to see. They also did an excellent job with cleanup and made sure the property looked great when they left. We really appreciated how organized and professional the whole team was from start to finish. the workmanship, the communication, and the care they put into our project were excellent. i would highly recommend this company for any reroof job, shingle roof replacement, or other roofing services.

My roof had problems for a long time, and several roofing companies came out to inspect the leaks. Each one gave a different explanation, and some used drones because the roof is very high. I did not feel that drone photos were detailed enough to clearly show the trouble spots. Matthew from Garcia Flood, Fire & Roof Restore came out, got up on the roof, and did a hands-on inspection. His explanation of the leak areas, flashing issues, and damaged sections made much more sense to us, so we decided to move forward with the repair. He let us know he was finishing another roofing job first, but when I explained that heavy rain and a strong storm were on the way, he made time to come back and take care of the major leaks before the weather hit. That quick response meant a lot. The repair was done at the right time, and when the storm came through, the roof held up very well with no more active leaking. I really appreciate the effort, professionalism, and kindness, and now I can relax and feel at peace when the rain starts.

robert and his roofing crew gave us top-quality service and solid workmanship. They installed a new roof, a skylight-style emergency egress window, and new gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards. The shingles, window, and gutter system all feel durable and well made, and everything fits the home nicely. The roof work, including the window installation, was finished in just one day, and the gutter installation was also completed in one day. The crew worked efficiently, stayed organized, and kept the project moving without cutting corners. After each part of the job, they did a thorough cleanup, and there were no nails, old shingles, or debris left in the yard. We had heavy rain in Miami right after the installation, and the house stayed completely dry inside, including the upstairs area around the new window. That gave us a lot of confidence that the roofing system, flashing, and drainage were installed the right way. Their pricing was competitive, and the overall value was excellent for the quality of the materials and labor. robert was also great with communication by text and phone, answered questions quickly, and kept me updated on the progress of each job. i highly recommend this roofing team to anyone in Miami who needs a new roof, gutters, or related roof work. the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish.

Matthew handled our roof repair with excellent service from start to finish. He kept us updated the whole time, explained each step clearly, and stayed very professional. We first worked with another roofing contractor, but communication was very limited and we were not kept in the loop about the progress. After switching, the experience was completely different and much better. The team was responsive, honest, and easy to work with, and they made the entire roofing process feel smooth and stress free. The owner even took time to meet with me personally, which showed real care and commitment to customer service. In a place like Miami, having a dependable roofing company that understands heat, rain, and storm-related roof needs really matters. If you need a trustworthy roofer that works hard, communicates well, and looks out for your best interest, I would highly recommend this team. They did a great job on our roof repair, and we are very pleased with the results.
