I call them before COVID-19 to fix the gutter that is falling off my roof that they installed with my roof and they didn’t show now the water is dripping in the window

Mrs. Small, we are a roofing company. I’m not even aware of who you even are. Please contact us when you can. We are not sure what it is you are even talking about. We do not repair gutters or windows. We can not help you if we do not know who you are. Not a number or address and will not give face to us. At this point we know you never contacted us and you may have called a galaxy in another state.

We were sold on Galaxy Roofing even before we contacted them because of multiple recommendations from friends and neighbors. Sitting down with Carlos to discuss expectations and answer our questions was a positive experience. Our roof was promised and completed within 1 day; Carlos and his crew did an excellent job and kept our home and yard in great shape. Highly recommend!! Mike & Teresa

Andy, our salesman, was excellent; professional and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew showed up on time and did a fabulous job, completing it in 8 hrs. The roof looks great and they cleaned the yard so that you never knew they were here. Carlos, the owner is wonderful! Highly recommend Galaxy Roofing!

Carlos came out to our house several times over the course of 2 years inspecting our roof and waiting for the perfect time to submit a claim- we had experience with a different roofer before we met Carlos and the difference was night and DAY. Carlos was so patient, never missed a meeting he said he would be at, got our roof covered by our insurance without a hitch and was great at communicating with us the entire time. When the day came to get our new roof installed, his team went above and beyond replacing 7 boards, cleaning everything up (didn’t even look like they had been there!) and even going as far as painting some metal strips above our garage shingles that used to be black, but had turned silver in the sun just so it would look nicer. The customer service is unparalleled! No competition, no question. If you have a roof issue, you won’t find anyone else out there more hardworking or honest than Carlos and his team. Hands down.

Carlos and his team are amazing! They work with the properties that I manage and have done everything from inspections to total reroofing jobs. Constant and clear communication and pricing. Carlos makes sure everyone is satisfied and if anything goes wrong or there is a complaint, he handles it personally! Very professional. I will use Galaxy for years to come!
