  From the outset of this project our primary point of contact was Mark; Scott became involved only after work had begun. Joe communicated extensively with Mark, who relayed information and decisions to Scott. Scott rarely came outside to discuss issues directly and typically left communication to Mark. 1. From the start of the job, Joe and Mark discussed that replacing the damaged flashings could cause stucco damage. 2. The roofing tiles were installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. When Scott expressed concern about alignment, we accommodated his request by trimming the corners of each tile so they aligned as he preferred. 3. We accessed the roof via the flat area because the tiled section was too small for safe access. We placed plywood and tarps on the flat roof for protection from us using it to store tools and equipment because there was no other suitable area. 4. & 5. We regret the impact to your planters. The available walkways were not sufficient for the work, and we needed to keep the driveway clear for dump truck access. Throughout the project we made repeated efforts to maintain a professional relationship and address concerns. We did not receive respectful or constructive communication from Scott, which hindered resolution. We left the site professionally and completed the tile roof in a warrant-able condition.   Joe was great! I contacted him two days before Christmas for a roof leak, he went out on Christmas Eve and was able to do a temporary repair before having the roof replaced. Definitely recommend!

We're proud our team delivered a professional, on-time, on-budget roof replacement for a large 4000 sq ft job and even improved the trellis when re-securing it. "Daniel, Joe and Team did an outstanding job and exceeded our (high) expectations. It was a big job, 4000 sq ft and big investment but we are happy, very happy. They were professional (the whole team), their quote was competitive and were on time and on budget. Their clean up excellent. They even put our trellis back up, and when they re- secured it... they did it better than it was it, more secure. True pros.
