Property management have this company as an approved vendor. Roof leak in our condo for 10 years. French Bros employed to investigate (again). They did not locate ingress point nor did they see any major issues!!!! (read post on Clean Comfort for details of a qualified vendor). What they did, was use CALKING on prospective leak areas on the outside of the roof. I AM PAYING IN CONDO FEES for these type of "approved vendors?" Someone needs to loose their license! I HAD to post 1 star because Google would not let me post without a rating (which should be NO stars here)

I had this company fix patches on the roof of my place. Unfortunately they quoted me much less than what they invoiced me then after the first storm more shingles flew of the roof. Not recommending this company to do patches to a roof.

I asked for a temporary fix to my roof while I was sorting out the complete repairs, and they charged $250 for caulking a small area, a job that took less than 15 minutes to complete.

Frankford Legion Branch flat roof project was completed during severe winter weather conditions. The office was prompt, efficient, communicative, courteous with follow-up. The work was done without disruption to branch activities; timelines respected, communication excellent. Final follow-up and walk through completed. Thank you.

The people do good quality work. They are fast and reasonably priced. Used them several times replacing sections on a 50,000ft roof as well at home.
