I had the lovely pleasure of this company being completely obnoxious while doing my neighbours roof. Constantly swearing and yelling and conducting themselves in a very unprofessional manner. To be representing a business personally I believe they should carry themselves in a professional and respectful manner and that is not at all what I witnessed. My neighbourhood is a quiet pretty peaceful neighbourhood and attracts a lot of young families with small children and I do not think families with children should have to listen to the way these workers carried on the way they did.

I will give them this: they are Flawless in their ability to not show up to appointments. Flawless in their ability to waste our time and indeed our day - twice now. Flawless in not following up or apologizing for their flaky unprofessionalism, flawless in not getting our business.

  They never showed up lol

  Reply from the business

Daniel we have no record of an estimate being sent, accepted nor was a contract signed and money exchanged. Its unfortunate you feel the need to leave a negative review for what only seems to have been a missed appointment which could have been easily resolved with a call and rescheduling (if that is even the case).

Sterling came by today to quote on a roof leak. It turns out it was the rubber membrane on a flat part of my roof. Although they don’t do flat roof membrane, Sterling was exceptional, taking photos for me and spending his time explaining the issue. Definitely recommend, as this is the way he treats people who they can’t even do the job for!!! Thank you!

We had some shingles come loose and fall off the house, so I did my research and contacted Flawless Roofing. I left a message, and Sterling, the owner, called me back within a couple of hours. He came by the next day—this guy really knows …

Jim We want to take a second and respond to this amazing review. We pride ourselves in treating everyone's home like our own and were happy to get you in before your leak worsened. You guys were a pleasure to deal with and we always really appreciate owners taking the time out of their busy day to leave a comment for others to see. Just to clarify to anyone reading Jim meant we were there to install within 8 days of our initial estimate, the job was completed in 2 days (haha). All the best Jim & Venessa.

Extremely professional operation! Top quality materials and experienced team members provided us with a new roof for our barn, then eavestroughs, metal fascia, downpipes, gutter guards AND most attractive finishing touches to our much loved historical home. I would highly recommend Sterling and his dedicated staff for 'any' and 'all' your roofing needs!

We were very pleased with all aspects of our new roof installation. Sterling, Matt and team were very responsive to any issues or questions that we had both before and during the installation. The admin team was also most helpful during the entire process and ensured that our warranty was registered properly with the manufacturer. The before, during and after pictures also provided additional value that we appreciated. We would recommend Flawless roofing without reservation.

We left a message in the morning with our inquiry and Sterling returned our call within a few hours. He called back even though his service did not address our reason for the call. Instead, he spent his time to give us advice from his experience and didn't try to refer someone or ask for anything in return; so we decided to leave a review as thanks.

Incredible service. The flawless team shingled our roof! We were very happy with the results. Sterling was able to give us information that was very helpful in our decision making process and never hesitated to answer our questions. He was very responsive. When they sent in Jessie, Douglas and Stacie to work on our gutters and fascia, we were thoroughly impressed with their customer service and angling techniques. I gave Flawless 5 stars only because I couldn’t give them 6 stars. If you have roofing needs, the best choice YOU as a homeowner can make, is to contact Flawless. It’s money well spent!!

Very fast and efficient install of new shingles. Sterling is very responsive and does a great job keeping you in the loop. Crew was professional, no yelling across the roof at each other or loud music, decent site clean up after they were finished. Best price I found in Belleville, and I had at least 6 quotes (those were the ones who even bothered responding to me). Would recommend to anyone needing new shingles.

I elected to be around when this work was being done. Crew conducted themselves professionally at all times. Prepped immediate area for shingles removal and cleaned up the site at the end. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

From first contact to final clean up it was nothing but perfection. Stirling and his team displayed the utmost professionalism throughout the roof replacement contract. The on-site team were exceptionally respectful to both my wife and I as well as all aspects of our property. The roof was expertly replaced, including identifying areas that required improvements. These were professionally completed without delaying the job and without a cost increase!!! Stirling’s Flawless Roofing exemplifies what a contractor should strive to attain. Simply no worries, no delays, no excuses and no surprises. I would never consider another contractor. Thanks for all your efforts, very much appreciated.
